ASSEMBLY MODIFICATIONS
From this update onward, vehicles from Class B and Class A will no longer require blueprints. They can now be obtained in special events or in the shop. You'll get a discount if you have any blueprints for these vehicles!

With this update, the Exclusive Deals section will not be available in the game.
The Tuning Kit value was changed from an integer and absolute number to a percentage for quite a few vehicles. See the patch notes for details.
The Tuning Kit bonus officially ceased to be added to the vehicle rank for matchmaking purposes, thus discarding the experimental criterion that formally started on Jul 30, 2019 and surreptitiously ended on Oct 14, 2019.
The Comet now flies faster to chase down its target.
The Pulsewave now pulsates 6 times instead of 5.
The teleport glitch on the King's Highway track was patched, with a barrier being added on the left in the first fork of the track.
The following vehicles are no longer Blueprint-buildable and are instead purchasable from the garage or obtainable through special events.[1] Players who own some BPs of these vehicles get a discount off the garage cost that varies depending on the number of BPs owned:
As the Lamborghini Huracán is the only remaining Blueprint car with common blueprints, the Compact Boxes (that have a hidden blueprint guarantee and grant common cards) are now guaranteed to grant 2 Huracán blueprints per box. Players collecting for the Huracán may consider opening their Compact Boxes before the next update. See box pages for details.
Contrary to its description, the Compact Split Box now also grants rare cards. See box page for details.
New icon for ads when its streak version is active.
The scrolling speed when redeeming multiple rewards at once (such as from Events) has been reduced.
Due to a design glitch, legendary Vehicle Kit cards lost their golden outline. This was later corrected, with the card of the Ferrari FXX K now having a black background.
A modified version of Clifftop Run was used in certain TLEs from October 31 - November 4, 2019 to celebrate Halloween. It had Jack-o-Lanterns as obstacles on the track and is set at night.
A variant without the jack-o-lanterns is still used for TLEs after the Halloween celebration.
Daily ads not working: The new daily ads milestone system only shows a greyed out Play ad! button. Some players can watch no daily ads at all, some only one until the button is deactivated. Apart from this, Multi-Credits, opening boxes, shop and other server-based transfer options appear erratically or not at all.
The following bugs/glitches still persist from the preceding updates:
Falken Tyres ad blocking Tuning Kits (since Sixth Anniversary Update, v4.5.0, Oct 16, 2019): For German players, the Tuning Kit panel on the pre-race screen is replaced with an ad by Falken Tyres which deletes the Play ad! button, so players lose 5 Tuning Kits per day. Combined with the persisting "Unavailable Nitro Starter ads" bug (see below), German Android players cannot watch Nitro Starter ads either, which lets them lose 5 Nitro Starters per day.
On Nov 6, 2019, Falken Tyres has ordered Gameloft to remove the ad. See official statement here.
Unavailable Nitro Starter ads (since 2019 Spring Update, v4.2.0): Some Android players experience a vanished Play ad! button for Nitro Starters when starting races while the Tuning Kit button is still displayed. Workaround: Playing a Tuning Kit ad first lets the Nitro Starter button reappear.
Bike Physics: (Fixed during Fall Out Boy update and returned in this update) Due to the different handling physics of the motorcycles, unexpected crashes and change in riding direction are frequent. In addition, the tunnel / raised sections of Nevada, Tokyo, The Great Wall, Sector 8 and Tenerife are much harder to navigate with the motorcycle providing no steering response. Hard and / or sudden steering inputs will also cause the motorcycle to drastically change its direction, often perpendicular or in reverse of the track's direction.
Trivia
This is the first update since the Fall Out Boy Update to not introduce a car that has only upgrades.
This is the last update where newly released vehicles are obtained through Special Events (R&D, EDD, and Championship respectively).
