Trivia[]
- General
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is the first mass-produced Alfa Romeo car to re-enter into the United States market.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is the first Class D car unlockable via Research & Development.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is the second production car in the game unlockable via R&D.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is also the first Alfa Romeo model to cost tokens(due to being a R&D car).
- Like the ED Design Torq, paying for the upgrades with only tokens will cost more than the car itself. With the 4C, the total upgrade cost is 3,905 while the car only costs 1,700 to buy.
- Sometimes, when playing with the Alfa Romeo 4C, if there was an AI opponent with the same car (the number doesn't matter, as long as there is at least one), one of them would have their car model show up as a blue Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA with the 4C's Asphalt 8: Airborne decal even though it is not available for the MiTo and the post-race results would always show the opponents using the 4C.
- This has since been fixed.
- Since the Rio de Janeiro Update, the Alfa Romeo 4C's R&D event has now been modified to have 5 Labs spanning 50 Tests, similar to the Mosler Super GT's R&D event.
- This marks the first time a car's R&D event has been heavily changed to add new Tests and Labs.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is the third Class D car with the pre-race revving sound of an exotic car, after the Volkswagen Beetle Turbo and BMW M3 Sedan.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C's bonnet may open if the car is wrecked, contradicting real life, where the bonnet has been bolted permanently shut as a weight-saving measure.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C shares a unique decal design with the AC 378 GT Z.
- The Alfa Romeo 4C is the first car in the game whose time-limited offer ad doesn't show the car's name in all capital letters.
