Asphalt Moments is a series of past special events that are released from the eponymous Asphalt Moments Update as a chance to complete past Research & Development, Enduro Double Down, and Championship events and claim exclusive vehicles with additional prizes. Asphalt Moments events are mostly exactly the same as the events released in their respective debut updates, but with a major change of only awarding the vehicle after completion of its special event.

General Guide
- It is recommended for players who want to participate in all events in Asphalt Moments to start with Enduro Double Downs first as those are the shortest to complete.
- If the current offering of Asphalt Moments events features multiple events that are all of the same type of special event, it is highly advisable to complete the event that lasts the shortest as well.
- For events whose vehicle is presently a Blueprint-buildable vehicle, blueprints should never be fused. This provides a fallback should the player lose any of the events.
Specific to particular series of events
- Players should be careful when playing the January 2019 Series, as a maximum of 7 events out of 9 can be completed.
- If the player lacks any Class B Free Upgrades and does not want to spend too many V8 Engines, then the player should avoid playing the Apollo N Championship due to the steep upgrade costs that include -only upgrades, as there would be virtually no chance to obtain it (unless the player wants to keep the V8 engines obtained from the Championship for better cars).
- While the Mazda RX-8 Special Edition also has steep upgrade costs, its R&D event has free upgrades to bypass the -only upgrades, giving the player a chance to go as far as possible.
- The Arash/C 63 Coupe R&Ds last 12 days, therefore these R&Ds should be the last ones to participate. Although, due to the time limit being insufficient, the player has to select either of the two, depending on the situation.
- The C 63 would be the better choice if the player lacks resources, given that unlike the AF10, which requires an almost MAX+PRO vehicle, the C 63 can be obtained with a configuration that does not consume more engines than given by the event.
- The Arash would be the better choice if the player is in need of a top performer, given that the Arash is the best performing vehicle among the 9 vehicles featured in the January 2019 Asphalt Moments. The player may also consider playing this event if the player wants to obtain V8 Engines for better cars that the player already owns.
Trivia[]
- The promo for the Asphalt Moments series for January 2019 incorrectly showed the Mazda RX-8 Special Edition as a Class D car. While this is true of the standard Mazda RX-8, the Mazda RX-8 Special Edition is a Class B car.
- This was fixed soon after.
- The Asphalt Moments series for February 2019 incorrectly showed the Zenvo TS1 GT 10th Anniversary Edition as a Class A car. While this is true for the Zenvo ST1, the TS1 GT is a Class S car.
