Chance Promo Boxes discontinued? [Edit]
The Chance Promo Boxes seem to have been discontinued. The last Chance Promo Box was observed on January 19, 2021. Since then, there has not been a new offer. This would make the Mercedes-AMG GT3 Blueprint unavailable, and many other blueprints much harder to get. See Gift Box for an overview of Chance Promo Boxes.
Seasonal Leagues discontinued [Edit]
Seasonal Leagues in Asphalt Streetstorm apparently have been discontinued on January 15. This means that the Ferrari 488 GTB Blueprint is now unavailable as it could only be won in Seasonal Leagues. The Ferrari 488 GTB, however, can still be won in the Champions Clash event on the third of each month.
No more in-app purchases in Asphalt Streetstorm [Edit]
In-app purchases seem to have been deactivated. It is no longer possible to buy currencies or bundles in-game with real money.
Good news for Asphalt Streetstorm players: servers still running [Edit]
Android and iOS players may be happy to hear that they can still play the game even after the notification that the game would "no longer be sold" beginning December 31, 2020. It is true that the game has been removed from the download stores, but for players who have already installed the game nothing seems to have changed so far. We will keep you informed.
Asphalt Streetstorm "no longer sold" beginning December 31, 2020 [Edit]
Android and iOS players were notified that the game would "no longer be sold" beginning December 31, 2020. This notification differs from the one Windows players got in October, announcing that the game would "shut down" on October 26, 2020. It is unclear if Android and iOS players will be able to play the game in 2021. In any case it is recommended not to invest any more real money for in-game purchases.
