This article is about the 2018 Vantage based V12 Vantage. For the preceding 2005 Vantage based 2010 model, see Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage is the V12-powered variant of the Aston Martin Vantage 2018 grand tourer.
Description[]
Text originally from the 2018 Aston Martin Vantage's Wikipedia article with multiple additions.
The V12 Vantage was officially unveiled in 16 March 2022, and its production is limited to just 333 units, all of which were sold prior to the unveiling [1] “due to unprecedented demand.” [2]Aston Martin claims that the car "... is unique in its potency, presence and exhilaration."[3]
The exterior of the V12 Vantage can easily be differentiated from its V8 counterpart, largely due to being wider - 40 mm specifically. It also has a protruding side skirts, which is also larger. The grille is also 25% larger. In addition, clients can order the vehicle with a spoiler, and a carbon fiber hood among other options. The quad-exhausts of the V8 Vantage was also ditched in favour for a center-exit double exhaust that the marque claims to "stir [one's] soul."[3] The interior received a strut brace within the boot.
The powertrain is 5.2-litre V12 engine, which is shared with other Aston Martin vehicles such as the DB11 V12 the DBS, and the Valour. In the V12 Vantage, this engine has a power output of 700 PS (515 kW; 690 hp) and 555 lb⋅ft (752 Nm) of torque. It is mated to an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission which was "Tuned extensively" for this car. It has a 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) acceleration time of 3.5 seconds, and a kerb weight of 1,795 kg (3,957 lb). Aston Martin at the time claimed that the Vantage would be the final car to have a V12 engine in it.
A Roadster Variant was also available, dubbed the V12 Vantage Roadster. Just like its fixed-roof counterpart, it was also sold out prior to its public reveal. The production is limited to 249 units.[4] However, this variant is currently unavailable in any Asphalt franchise games.

Performance[]
When maxed-out, the V12 Vantage performs similarly to the TVR Griffith, with slightly lower top speed, better acceleration, worse handling, noticeably worse drifting but with slightly better nitro efficiency. It can perform well on a variety of tracks and can beat the Griffith occasionally, however due to the car's abysmal handling and drifting, the car will struggle at twisty tracks while performing better at top speed-oriented tracks.
Usage[]
In Weekly Competition TLEs, once it is sufficiently upgraded, it can compete against TVR Griffith in maps such as Himalayas and Shanghai, with the potential of entering Top 100.
It was required as a support car in the following Special Events, albeit with a fully star-upgraded requirement:
- Zenvo Aurora Tur Special Event Part I
- ATS Automobili GT Special Event
Availability[]
It was initially available in its Grand Prix event. The event was later reran in the following dates:
- First rerun, initially supposed to be made in the Mid-Season Update, but was later scrapped and postponed to the Legacy of Speed Update, between July 29 – August 14, 2025.
In the ATS Automobili GT's Special Event, its
key and 1x of its Epic Import Part could be obtained in Stage 2 once it was fully star upgraded. Up to
10 could be obtained in Stage 1, and more
Blueprints could be obtained in the event's Card Packs and IAPs.
Since the Korean Spring Update, 2
Blueprints can be purchased for
150 from the VIP Store once the player reaches VIP Level 1.
Asphalt 8: Airborne[]
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage 2022 was added in the Ninth Anniversary Update as a Class S car with following statistics:
- Starting rank: 1296
- PRO rank: 1861 (+565)
- Tuning Kit bonus: +56
- Nitro Efficiency: 8/10/14.5
Performance & Usage[]
Based on preliminary tests from the YouTuber, Cars On!, the V12 Vantage 2022's performance is comparable to the Aston Martin Vulcan and Tushek TS 900 Racer Pro with a slightly inferior overall performance. The Vantage has the worst handling and drifting, yet the best nitro duration out of the three. As a result, the V12 Vantage 2022 is not recommended to use over the Vulcan and Tushek, as well as other vehicles such as the Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4, Lamborghini Sián FKP 37, Koenigsegg Jesko, and Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+.
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage 2022 could be used as a Gauntlet vehicle for long stretches due to its good nitro efficiency. In fact, it has the 3rd best nitro efficiency of the 1860 range.
