The Aston Martin V12 Zagato is an Aston Martin concept racing car.
Description
The Aston Martin V12 Zagato is an endurance racing concept car made by Aston Martin in collaboration with Zagato to celebrate a 50 year partnership since the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato. Introduced in Lake Como, Italy at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este on 21 May 2011, the Zagato was awarded with the competition's "Design Award for Concept Cars and Prototypes" which has also been won by the Aston Martin One-77 in 2009 and it is the higher-performance version of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
Like the Aston Martin V12 Vantage on which it is based, the V12 Zagato is powered by a 6.0 L V12 engine with 510 bhp (380 kW / 517 PS), and 570 Nm (420 lb ft) of torque.
Asphalt 7: Heat
The Aston Martin V12 Zagato is a Tier 4 vehicle. It is a prize of Career Cup 11 and costs 540,000 Cash. It is the most powerful car in its tier, and is even faster than the Ferrari 599XX and Mazda Furai. It has a very efficient and powerful nitro boost. It even performs better than the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, which is a top Tier 3 car.
Asphalt 8: Airborne
The Aston Martin V12 Zagato initially appeared as a low Class B car. As of the Fifteenth Anniversary Update, it is now a low Class C car.
It has a starting rank of 1248 and a maximum rank of 1418 and a final rank of 1474. Compared to the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, it has a superior top speed when stock and maxed, but when Pro Kits are taken into consideration, then the V12 Vantage becomes superior in top speed too. For the other stats, the Vantage excels. Handling of both cars are similar, although the Zagato is slightly better thanks to its lower nitro stats. However, the former is better when it comes to drifting. The Vantage, having a better nitro stat, has faster acceleration and better nitro durations than the Zagato.
As of the Fifteenth Anniversary Update, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato costs 2,300 to purchase (previously priced at
42,500, then
57,500, then
61,000 and then
950).
As of the 2019 Spring Update, upgrades cost 506,000 while Pro Kits require
81,600, 8 of each Class B Part, 10 Initial & Early Techs each and 12 V12 Engines.
The V12 Zagato was part of the 22nd and 29th Multiplayer League seasons, Earth Season 2 and Nightshade Season 3 as a Pro League reward. Players who already had the V12 Zagato would win 50,000 instead.
