- This is an old box version. See Beginner Daily Bundle for the current version.
Its random content is exactly the same as that of the Free Daily Bundle (4.8.0) †, but it grants additional 100 and a Tuning Kit †. Like the Free Daily Bundle, the contained boxes grant a total of 10 cards as did the discontinued Daily Kit Box †.
Bundle prices are directly linked to the prices of Token Packs. The Beginner Daily Bundle with 100 costs half of the smallest Token Pack with 200. The actual price can differ depending on the player's progress in the game; for advanced players it is 0.99 € (the same in US$).
So basically players get 100 for the normal price plus free boxes and a Tuning Kit. This pricing policy may be due to changed legislation on simulated gambling in some contries, namely Belgium where it is prohibited to sell loot boxes (= Pro Kit Boxes) for real money since 2018. It could always be argued that the player paid for in-game currency and not for the Pro Kit Boxes.
The four box types contained in the Beginner Daily Bundle do not have hidden rules, but their composition implies a card distribution similar to the hidden rules of the Daily Kit Box, with some differences:
At first sight, the Free Daily Bundle seems to offer a greater chance to get Engine and Tech Cards than the Daily Kit Box, as there is the possibility to obtain more than 1 Engine or Tech Card from the additional Random Box 3. However, it should be considered that the Random Box has a low drop rate for rare (12.93 %) and legendary (2.54 %) cards so that it is not very likely to grant other then common Engines, Early and Initial Tech.
As the boxes contained in the bundle are exactly the same as the separate versions, statistical data can easily be obtained by weighting the already existing samples for these boxes in order to calculate drop rates for the bundle as if it was a single box. The following tables show a comparison of all bundles and the Daily Kit Box.
