A Box is a random container granting Cards in Asphalt Xtreme.

The amount of cards given for each type is random between 1 and 10, sometimes even 15, meaning it is possible to earn more cards than the indicated number of 'drops'. The amount n of cards earned is shown shown as "Xn" on the bottom of the card.
Each box now has a Power Value, and chances of giving certain card types. The Power Value can be increased by buying boxes which gives more Power Value points.

- For Windows, on July 16, 2017, the box's price, with a x5 chance car for the Subaru WRX STI GRC was glitched, causing the box to be available for free. Gameloft attempted to fix it the following day, but the "fixed" price was still incorrect, costing 250. The price was properly fixed on the following day & costs 250. Many (but not all) players who exploited the glitch subsequently had their game data reset to the state of July 14 on July 25; players who had their progress reset received 50 Gold Boxes (granting total of 300 drops) as a compensation.
