The Carnival Rush Update is the fourth content update for Asphalt Legends Unite after the rebrand, and 42nd update overall.
History[]
The contents of the update were announced on January 31, 2025 by the official content creators, Nox Fury[1], Tune, Race, Repeat![2], GamingWithAwesome[3] and LokeshG[4].
Patch notes for the update and the Carnival Rush season were posted on the game's website on February 2, 2025, with the following release of the update on 4th.
Patch Notes for Gold Pursuit were announced by creators on March 1, 2025, published on the website on 2nd.

- A new game mode was also introduced.
- Career Mode changes:
- Difficulty has been rebalanced.
- Car filters were readjusted.
- Some objectives were made easier.
- Rewards were rebalanced.
- No longer consumes fuel if the player owns an Unite Pass.
- For Steam version, more achievements were added.
- For Lego Technic™ cars prior to being unlocked, a "parts-built" counter indicated with wrench icon is presented. Collecting certain amount of
blueprints are counted as "one-part is built" and a cutscene where the Lego Technic™ is being built is displayed.
Multiplayer Changes[]
- Players now can start a Private Lobby without needing to invite other members.
- Blueprints and of the following cars are now available in both Triumph and League rewards, as they are set to change for each season for every 6 months as in the following (Cars indicated in * have their Blueprints in Triumph Reward packs of their respective leagues and epic import parts available Epic Import Part Card Packs):

Car Balancing Changes[]
- The Pininfarina H2 Speed's Nitro and Max Top Speed were nerfed.
- The Bentley Continental GT3's Nitro was buffed.
- The inconsistency in Nissan GT-R Neon Edition's top speed between in-game and stats were fixed.
Cosmetic Changes[]
- For Lego Technic™ cars, Lego-themed graphics on their respective blueprints and epic import parts are presented.
- The new Nitro sound effects that were added in the Asphalt Legends Unite Expansion Update are now available in the Android & iOS versions.
- If the player pressed the "refuel" button while the car hasn't ran out of all of the fuels available, a new screen will appear asking if the player wants to refuel the car.
- "e-kitten" now appears as one of the NPC opponent names.
- A new layout was introduced for Grand Prix prizes.
- The type of free-try regulated cars are now highlighted in the following colors:
- Orange as Max-Out.
- Blue as the fully upgraded stat of the penultimate star rank (World League only).
- Starway's thumbnail was changed.
- Stage dates are now highlighted in a white box.
- In Multiplayer, the names of the opponents are outlined in a white box.
- Avenged Sevenfold songs that were added in the previous update have been removed.
- Sponsors of the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo Evo were removed.
- The loading screen when starting a race now shows the current track the event takes place instead of the San Francisco track.
- All unlock & upgrade sounds were replaced with the unlock & upgrade sounds for electric cars.

Bugs & Glitches[]
- The following bugs & glitches were fixed:
- Full Private Lobbies no longer crashed.
- Some players didn't get their multiplayer scores reset during the start of the season.
- On February 20, 2025, some players reported having the New Legend Season launched for 14 days during the ongoing Carnival Rush Season. This New Legend Season's Unite Pass was never offered.
- This was fixed shortly after, with the Carnival Rush Season being reinstated and the progress being kept intact for the affected accounts.

- The Lego Technic™ Chevrolet Corvette Stingray's debut for the game was initially hinted in late 2024 when the text of the "PLAY ON Asphalt Legends Unite" package was found at the unveiling of the Lego Technic™ model.[5]
- In the patch notes, 4 new Lego Technic™ Cars are expected to be added in future updates.
- Aside from Kimera Automobili's debut for the Asphalt series in this update, Lancia also makes an indirect debut for the Asphalt series as the Kimera EVO37 is simply a "completely new-built" restomod of the Lancia 037, while also retaining Lancia badge at front.
- It is also the first time that a restomod was added to Asphalt Legends Unite.
- Like the City of Lights Update back in 2023, 7 cars were released, one being originally added in the previous update.
- It is the second consecutive time that a 992-generation, anniversary Porsche 911 model was added.
- Despite HTT Locus Pléthore LC 750 is a 3-seater car in real-life, the in-game model only shown a 2-seater interior.
- The Praga Bohema is the second car added to the game after being featured in 2024 Community Choice Car Poll, where it placed 6th with 8951 votes in the First Round's Class C category.[6]
