- Main article: Enduro Double Down/1967 Chevrolet Impala
This event was supposed to be published as the seventh EDD in the Championship Update in 2016, following the Arash AF10's R&D event. However, it was canceled following severe backlash regarding the Impala's heavily unrealistic performance stats and the extreme difficulty of the EDD (e.g. being forced to drive a car with a low triple-digit rank, like the Impala at A775 or Camaro Z/28 at D543, against cars with much higher ranks, like the Maserati MC12 at B1382, Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS at A1388, and 9FF GT9 VMAX at S1543). In its place, the Aston Martin One-77 EDD was held, later being followed by the McLaren Mercedes MP4-25's Championship.
Players would have been given 9 days to win the 1967 Chevrolet Impala by banking 75,000.
Many of the cars intended for this event, including the Impala itself (possibly to compensate), would later appear in the Corvette Grand Sport EDD instead.
