Strategy Notes / Tips[]
- If the player avoids the challenges for a particular car early on in the EDD, the game may end up giving them a choice of both races using the same car later on. If the player has a sufficiently long streak of completed races, the reroll for a choice will still show the same options.
- The player must be careful when using the Urus and Miura, as their starting ranks are low (1027 and 1183, respectively). The AI racers will more often than not include high-end cars like the Egoista (S1442/1766) and Veneno (S1481/1680), which means even if the player's car is maxed out, the player will still be ranked at 1267 for the Urus and 1405 for the Miura, against higher-ranked cars like the Sesto Elemento's A1464, Aventador LP 700-4's A1470, Egoista's S1442, and Veneno's S1481, so no mistakes are allowed (especially if the objective is to finish first). Boosters are recommended. The Urus also has the issue of subpar handling.
- If the player already obtained either the Huracán, Egoista or both cars from their respective R&D events, the player should already have them MAX+PRO or at least an upgrade level low enough to beat the final Ultimate AI Challenges for each car. With this, the player will have a huge advantage when doing their Challenges. If the player doesn't own any of them but had already upgraded them during their respective R&D events, they will still have an advantage.
- Just like with the BXR Bailey Blade GT1 and Icona Vulcano V12 Hybrid, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV is an Elite Car, so tuning up the car is required after a few races.
- Nearly all the challenges for Miura, Asterion, Huracán, Sesto Elemento, and Estoque can be done even with just the 0505 5050 Multiplayer setup rather than MAX+PRO, so fully upgrading these cars for this event is not really necessary (although later challenges that involve them will require the player to go triple-boosted with these cars if their MP setups are retained).

Trivia[]
- This is the first time an EDD has featured Research & Development vehicles.
- This is also the first EDD to feature only Enduro Cars of the same manufacturer.
- The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, which already appeared in the EDD for the Weber Faster One, the Lamborghini Veneno, and Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary still appear as AI racers in this event despite actually not being selectable. The Aventador LP 700-4, having appeared in a past EDD event, was not reused for a later EDD except as an AI racer car (this rule was broken in Porsche 918 Spyder with Weissach Package EDD and the Zenvo ST1 EDD, the latter of which actually has the Aventador LP 700-4 as an Enduro Car again).
- This reflects the involvement of Lamborghini models as AI racers in the R&D event for the Lamborghini Egoista.

- The Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV's promo banner shares its quote with the Sbarro Sparta (NEVER SURRENDER!).
- In the first run of the EDD, if the player lacked either the Egoista, Huracán, or Asterion during the EDD, these cars did not show up in the EDD challenges as AI racers.
- As the Egoista and Huracán are now available permanently in the garage as Blueprint-buildable cars by Motorcycles Update (the version where the revival occurred), these two cars now always show up as AI racers during the revival.
- With the EDD's revivals, it is the first event to be revived after the car was made Blueprint buildable.
- However, the car is still awarded as a whole instead of Blueprints. Certain events revived via the Asphalt Moments series introduced in the Asphalt Moments Update also follow suit.
Bugs[]
- The first rerun of the Aventador SV's EDD presented a glitch where the player's unowned vehicles would have their MAX upgrades undone. This was compensated for players who participated in the event by Gameloft Customer Care gifting the Aventador SV, maxed to 3333 0000 for free, to the event participants.
- In the second rerun of the Aventador SV's EDD, a glitch present in certain accounts caused a variety of cars to be listed, including ones the player did not own, as well as unreleased ones when the "Enduro Vehicles" button was pressed.
- One could Elite tune any Elite Car, as well as upgrade all cars shown; however, doing this with unowned vehicles caused the player to be banned for two weeks.
