The Ferrari 296 GTB is a supercar produced by Ferrari. It is the brand's first car to have a V6 engine since the Dino 206 and 246 from 1967.
Description[]
The Ferrari 296 (Type F171) is a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car built since 2022 by Italian constructor Ferrari. The 296 is a two-seater, offered as a GTB coupé, and a GTS folding hard-top convertible. A plug-in hybrid, its power train combines a 120-degree block-angle V6, with twin turbos and an electric drive fitted in between the engine and gearbox. The 296 can be driven in electric-only mode for short distances, to comply with use in urban zero-emission zones.
Unveiled on 24 June 2021, the 296 is Ferrari's first stock model with 6-cylinders. Its power pack puts out a combined 830 PS (610 kW; 819 hp), giving the 296 a power-to-weight ratio of 560 Hp / tonne.

Performance[]
At stock, the Ferrari 296 GTB has mediocre stats, with decent top speed (330km/h) and acceleration, but low nitro rating, below-average handling and relatively wide drift radius. When fully upgraded, it has good top speed for its class and its handling and nitro are improved, with smaller drift radius and more manageable nitro. However, it's availability is restricted, so most players will end up with 1 or 2 stars for this car, where it is nowhere as good as when it is maxed. The car also has a bug where the driver pops out of the car when going up on ramps, which was fixed in the Speed Parade, Haunted Wheels & Black Friday Update.
Availability[]
The 296 GTB is available through its Grand Prix event (Jan 31 - Feb 15, 2024).
