The Ferrari 458 Italia is a mid-engined sports car that first appears in Asphalt 6: Adrenaline. It is the replacement of the Ferrari F430.
Overview
The 458 Italia is the successor to the Ferrari F430. It is a mid-engined sports car produced by the Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari. The 458 Italia replaced the Ferrari F430, and was first officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 L (270 cu in) V8 engine of the "Ferrari/Maserati" F136 engine family, producing 570 PS (419 kW; 562 hp) at 9,000 rpm (redline) and 540 N·m (398 lb·ft) at 6,000 rpm with 80% torque available at 3,250 rpm. The engine features direct fuel injection, which is a first for Ferrari mid-engine setups in its road cars.
The Ferrari 458 Italia ended productions in 2015 and is succeeded by the 488 GTB.
Asphalt 7: Heat
The Ferrari 458 appears as two variants; the 458 Italia and 458 Spider. Both have the same performance, but the 458 Italia requires more stars (240 vs 120). The only differences between the two is the Tier; the hardtop version appears in Tier 5, while the Spider appears in Tier 6. The Hardtop version costs 240,000 Cash, while the Spider version costs 258,000 Cash.
Asphalt 8: Airborne
It is a Ferrari vehicle in Asphalt 8, and among these Ferraris it is the cheapest. The Ferrari 458 in this game has only the berlinetta version and not the barchetta version. It costs 67,500 to buy and 265,900 to max. It was also a prize for banking in 10,000 Enduro points during the Falcon F7's Enduro Double Down event. It has a starting rank of 1326, extended to 1484 with Upgrades and ends at 1584.
The 458 Italia does have a bad acceleration, worsened even further by its weak and inefficient nitro. However, it does have a good top speed, but not the best. It also features good to great handling, and highly acceptable drifting, and while not the most ideal choice for Multiplayer, the car performs decently in the hands of skilled racers.
