• The Ferrari 488 Pista is the first Ferrari vehicle to have a Championship event.
  • It is also the first Ferrari vehicle to be unlocked by a Special Event.
• As with a number of cars in the game, the 488 Pista's Pro Kits require V8 Engines despite the car having a twin-turbocharged V8, which would logically require the Forced-Induction V8 card.
  • It can be assumed that the 488 Pista and Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Coupé Black Series have had their engine cards deliberately swapped.
• The Lamborghini Centenario and Ferrari 488 Pista are the only vehicles released in 2018 to use the tire compound used by the original cars instead of the new one introduced by the Peugeot Onyx.
• The Ferrari 488 Pista is the first Ferrari that is not purchasable with  or , and not Blueprint-buildable.
