On November 10, 2011, the first images of the 599XX Evoluzione surfaced, which had a radically restyled aero and exhaust package as well as electronic upgrades and Pirelli racing slicks. On 1 December 2011, Ferrari confirmed details for the 599XX Evoluzione in preparation for the 2011 Bologna Motor Show. The 599XX Evoluzione weighed 35 kg (77 lb) less than the standard 599XX and the engine had slightly improved peak power of 740 PS (544 kW; 730 hp) and 700 N⋅m (516 lb⋅ft) of torque. One of the key features of the Evoluzione is its active rear wing which can adjust automatically to provide increased cornering performance.
The Ferrari 599XX Evo was added in the Ferrari Season Update as a high Class C car with the following rank statistics:
- Stock rank: 2,202 ( 1)
- rank: 2,412
- rank: 2,716 ( 25)
- rank: 2,982 ( 32)
- rank: 3,290 ( 36)
- rank: 3,843 ( 41)
The 599XX Evo is a well-rounded car with a decent top speed and acceleration, great nitro efficiency, and excellent handling. It is a competitive car in multiplayer.
It can compete with other high end Class C cars like the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar and Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, but due to its restrictive blueprint availability most players will only have it at lower star ratings.
