The Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta is the open top variant of the LaFerrari hypercar produced by Ferrari.
Description[]
- Text originally from the LaFerrari Aperta's Wikipedia page.
The LaFerrari Aperta is the open-top version of the LaFerrari. Initially, 200 cars were sold with an additional nine reserved for use during the Ferrari 70th Anniversary celebrations. One more unit was later sold by auction. The Aperta comes with a removable carbon fibre hard top and a removable canvas soft top. Other changes include more efficient powertrain's control electronics, re-angled radiators to direct air flow out along the underbody rather than over the bonnet, a longer front air dam to help increase downforce, an L-shaped flap on the upper corner of each windscreen pillar to reduce compression on the rear of the cabin in the absence of a roof, different door opening angles with different wheel arches and a new carbon fibre insert allowing the doors to rotate.
The car was unveiled at the 2016 Paris Auto Show. Like past open-top Ferrari models, it uses the Aperta label to denote its removable roof. According to Ferrari, all units were already pre-sold to customers via invitation.

Performance[]
As an upgrade to the Ferrari LaFerrari, the Aperta has an improvement for all performance aspects. It has a high top speed, quick acceleration, excellent handling (third-best in Class A), and good nitro efficiency. Its main rivals are the Porsche 918 Spyder, Pagani Huayra BC and Techrules AT96 Track Version. If driven with enough skill, it can also compete with the Genty Akylone and McLaren 570S Spider on top speed tracks like Mountain Poles and Frozen Route.
Availability[]
It is only available in it's own Special Event. From Porsche Season Update onwards they can be purchased in the legend store or opening classic packs if the player has a level 17 garage or above.

Performance[]

With its placement, it is a member of the second-tier class A kings (along with the Rezvani Beast Alpha, Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Italdesign Zerouno, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, Lotus Evija, and McLaren Mercedes MP4-25).
