The Finish Line Box is a Pro Kit Box in Asphalt 8: Airborne. Introduced with the Fast Lane Update, it is rewarded for finishing highlighted races. It is special in several ways because it has extraordinarily high drop rates of legendary items, engines and bike parts while it drops no blueprints at all.
Availability[]
Race modes that reward Finish Line Boxes are marked with a small icon. So far the Finish Line Box has only been granted for finishing multiplayer races. The amount of boxes a player can get is limited to 3 per day. After the end of the Spring Fling 3 Multiplayer Season, there have been reports that players only got 1 or 2 boxes instead of 3.[1]
The loading screens of races granting Finish line boxes show an additional banner at the top. If a player has got all 3 boxes of a day, a timer is shown. Contrary to the Daily Kit Box †, the timer counts down to 0:00 player's local time, so players can get 3 boxes per day no matter if they log in early or late.
Hidden rules[]
- The Finish Line Box has the highest percentage of engines (around 30 %) besides engine-only boxes.
- It also has the highest percentage of bike parts (around 30 %).
- It is one of the few boxes to grant Rare and Pro Tech cards.
- It does not grant any blueprints.
Drop rates[]
The Finish Line Box has by far the highest drop rate of legendary items of all non-VIP boxes in the game. See Pro Kit Box drop rate comparison for more details.

Analysis[]
Statistics[]
Blueprints[]
The Finish Line Box drops no blueprints at all. This makes it unsuitable for players looking for missing blueprints to assemble their cars. Boxes with high blueprint rates are listed in the bar chart to the right.
Engines[]
The drop rate of engines in relation to other cards is by far the highest of all common boxes in the game.
Players looking for V8 engines, however, should open other boxes instead. The Finish Line Box grants very few V8 engines due to its low drop rate of common items.
Tech[]
The Finish Line Box is one of the very few boxes that grant Rare and Pro Tech. If players are looking for bike tech cards, Finish Line Boxes should always be opened first.
Parts[]
If a player is looking for bike parts, this is the box to open. Bike parts usually make up only around 2 to 4 % of all granted cards, whereas the Finish Line Box has a percentage of between 25 and 30 %.
