The Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5-FD is a Formula DRIFT-spec race car based on Ford Mustang (S550 II), tuned by Vaughn Gittin Jr.'s RTR Motorsports.
Description[]
The S550 II generation of the Mustang RTR Spec 5-FD was introduced in the 2020 Formula D season, driven by Vaugh Gittin Jr. (until 2022), Chelsea DeNofa (after 2021), and Adam LZ (2022 only), and equipped with Nitto tyres, custom wide body kit. Vaugh Gittin Jr. has achieved the championship for the Formula DRIFT 2020 season.
It was replaced in 2023 by the S650 generation RTR Spec 5-FD.
