Gauntlet is competitive race mode in Asphalt Legends Unite, added in the Korean Spring Update. It is derived from the Gauntlet in Asphalt 9: Legends China.
Gauntlet is a combination of Multiplayer and Club Clash. At the beginning of the season, the player needs to set a defense. While the player can choose any cars that they owned, it is best to choose cars suited for the track. Afterward, they would race in 5 consecutive 30" variation tracks. After setting the defense, the player is given the options to challenge or improve their time.
If the player set a better defense time in one track but a worse one in another, after completing all races, the player is given the options to upload the new time or keep the current one. If they choose the former, the worse time is also uploaded.
In Challenge, the player can choose one out of three opponents to face against. The player can press the "i" button to preview the opponent's tracks, cars and car rank. Each opponent has a different number of Gauntlet Points and Gauntlet Challenges that gives out when winning or losing a race. This is based on the current position in the leaderboard, as in the following:

A fee of 25,000 is required to face a new set of opponents. After this, the fee will increase by 50,000 after each refresh (with a max of 200,000). A new set opponents will appear every 4 hours.
If the player quits during the car selection step or after starting a race in a challenge or a defense, 1 ticket will be wasted.
A challenge is considered "Won" if the player wins 3 out of 5 races. Quitting a race and exiting the lobby or winning less than 3 out of 5 races are considered "Lost".
Division[]
The total rank of the player's top five ranked cars will determine their division.
The Gauntlet Market is a tab found in the shop between the Garage and Limited Time Pack. Similar to the Clash Store, the player can purchase blueprints, epic import parts, decals, and keys. 12 blueprints can be purchased at stock for the desired car
