The Gold Gift Box is one of the three standard Gift Boxes in Asphalt Street Storm Racing. It can be claimed for free every 24 hours after watching an ad video. Besides, it can always be bought for
Diamonds with no time restriction.
Price[]
The regular price of the Gold Gift Box is 600
.
- Buying 10 boxes reduces the price to 5,400
(540
per box). - During Chance Promos, prices can be:
- Sometimes, a discount is granted without promoting a blueprint, for example "30 % off". 10 boxes then cost 3,780
(378
per box, which is 30 % off the already reduced bulk price, not the regular one).
Chance Promos[]
Prior to January 2021, Gold and Silver Gift Boxes often had so-called "Chance Promos" which promise a "10x chance" of getting a promoted blueprint. Technically, Chance Promo boxes were like standard boxes, but with an increased drop rate for one blueprint at the expense of the others. Therefore it could be useful not to open Silver Boxes directly:
- If players already had the promoted car and did not want another one, they could wait until the Chance Promo was over and then open the boxes.
- On the other hand, it could be advantageous to wait if a Chance Promo for a desired blueprint would appear because boxes already owned by the player would also have the increased chances for the then-promoted blueprint.
Chance Promos are now discontinued, with the last box being observed on January 19, 2021.

Statistics[]
All statistical values on this page are based on results from WikiProject Statistics. They are self-updating and may change with an increasing sample size.
Hidden rules[]
General[]
- The three items granted by a Gift Box are never of the same type. For example, obtaining two blueprints from a box is impossible. Technically, every Gift Box consists of three different random experiments with different sample spaces and probabilities.
- Every Gift Box is guaranteed to grant
Subscribers. The number of granted Subscribers is randomized. - Diamonds, Cash and Boosts exclude each other, i. e. a box that grants Cash will not grant Diamonds or Boosts. The same goes for paints, decals and underglows.
Specific[]
- Gold Gift Boxes are guaranteed to grant one Blueprint per box.
- They are the only boxes to grant blueprints of red rarity. They also grant a high amount of blue blueprints, but no orange, gray or green ones.
- Gold Gift Boxes are "Diamond Boxes". They grant the most
Diamonds of all, a good amount of
Cash but no
Boosts at all.

Like for all Gift Boxes, the number of granted Subscribers can lie within a low, medium or high interval. The majority of Subscriber rewards from Gold Gift Boxes lie in the high interval. This leads to an average output of 121
per box, which is the highest of the main boxes.
Blueprints[]
The Gold Gift Box has the highest drop rate of blue blueprints and is the only box to grant red ones. No other rarities are granted.
The table to the right shows the drop rates of the different rarities in comparison to the other main boxes. The drop rates in the rightmost column are weighted averages that take into account that players usually open different amounts of Bronze, Silver and Gold Gift Boxes (see Most common boxes for details). For a detailed overview of availability, drop rates and sale values of single blueprints, see Item availability matrix.

Diamonds, Cash and Boosts are only granted in fixed numbers.
The three boxes have different drop rates for each option which leads to the different mean values in the table to the right.
The Gold Gift Box does not grant 10,000
and 25,000
. It actually has the lowest drop rate for Cash, but as it only drops 40,000
, the high value makes up for this and puts the average output of Cash near that of the Bronze Gift Box. Apart from this, the Gold Gift Box clearly grants the most Diamonds and no Boosts at all.
Paints, decals and underglows[]
| Item | Drop rates | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|
(%) |

| Paints | 0.00 | 6.64 | 7.23 | 3.24 |
| Decals | 19.65 | 6.58 | 2.91 | 12.81 |
| Underglows | 0.00 | 5.86 | 7.42 | 3.05 |
Generally, Gift Boxes only grant 1 paint, 1 decal or 1 underglow per box. The drop rates for these items are shown in the table to the right.
Like above, the drop rates in the right column are weighted averages that take into account that players usually open different amounts of Bronze, Silver and Gold Gift Boxes.
Gold Gift Boxes are recommended if a player is looking for underglows or paints. For decals,
Bronze Gift Boxes are the best choice.
