Tips / Warnings[]
- Unlike previous R&Ds, the Hyundai i30 N's R&D event has the added problem of the i30 N being an Elite Car, as this can slow down the process of winning the car. After 3-5 races (regardless of race type, or especially Elimination races), the player will need to tune up the i30 N to avoid having to race while in poor condition.
- Tune-ups should be done within 1 hour of the 3rd Proto Key being used to prevent delays in completing the event and/or failing Tests from degraded vehicle condition.
- There is a glitch where the car still performs normally despite the elite condition being depleted. Nonetheless, the player is advised to tune the elite condition after using up the elite bar as a precaution.
- Due to the short time limit, the player should have at least 800 in order to restore QCs in failed tests, restock proto keys and skip tune-ups if they are uncertain about completing the event within the given time limit.
- The minimum tune required to complete the event is [MAX 0505 PRO 4050 Elite Mapping 0808], which requires 883,010 and 21 i4 Engines.
- To complete the revived event without auto-testing, the player must have the car upgraded to MAX+PRO. This requires 981,600 and 40 i4 Engines.
- As the event gives out 9 engines, 31 more must be obtained through other means.

Trivia[]
- This is the first R&D to use an Elite Car.
- It is also the first R&D to have a 4-door vehicle.
- Judging from the fact that some of the quotes from Lab .003. onwards reference either the wrong track or race mode (e.g. Test .043.'s quote referencing Infected despite the actual test being a Classic race), this R&D was originally planned to have 44 Tests divided into 4 Labs, in the same layout as the R&D events for the Lotus Evora Sport 410 and Mazda RX-8 Special Edition.
- Test .044. is set in Alps Reverse, which is the location where the two aforementioned R&Ds end.
- This is further reinforced by the fact that the quote of Test .044. is repeated for the next 6 tests, presumably due to no new quotes being written.
- Some of the tests are even reused from these R&Ds, but modified to fit the Hyundai i30 N's much lower speed compared to the Lotus and Mazda. Some of these tests even feature different race modes, main goals, and subgoals.
- Unlike most other R&Ds, this R&D does not feature Flawless tests.
