- New career season: Italian Season
- The Elite Class Time-Limited locations have been changed.
- The performance of the Bentley Continental GT3 and Ferrari SF90 Stradale had been adjusted and corrected.
- In multiplayer, if all of the opponents leave during the race, the race is immediately ended and the player wins the race on the basis of "Win by forfeit".
- Starting from April 23, the rewards for Ghost or Ghost Slipstream Multiplayer World Series were changed. Meanwhile, the rewards for Classic Multiplayer World Series remains the same.
- Porsche 911 Targa 4S replaced with Ginetta G60
- Acura NSX (2017) replaced with Maserati Alfieri
- Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren replaced with Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport
- Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C7) replaced with Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV
- Zenvo TS1 GT 10th Anniversary Edition replaced with W Motors Fenyr SuperSport
- Bugs Fixed:
- The driver bug on the Infiniti Project Black S has been fixed.
- The tint glass on NIO EP9 has been fixed.
- An issue that was causing emojis to be displayed even if it was disabled previously has been fixed.
- The issue causing the graphics settings to be restarted automatically has been fixed.
- Windows: The mouse icon will now stop being displayed during races.

- Poland and Ukraine flags have been added to the game.
- A specific logo for Elite Grand Prix was added.
- The Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo's incorrect name of Ferrari 488 GTB Challenge Evo has been fixed.

The Billion Km Prize Drive[]
The Billion Km Prize Drive was a community event held between April 12-April 25, 2021 as part of the 1 Billion Downloads Celebration. Players would contribute to the event by participating in TLEs with every kilometer driven counting towards a community total. The event had 3 milestones with the following rewards:
- 400 million km:
25,000 + 5 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport BPs + 5 Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder BPs - 750 million km: 75,000 + 5 McLaren P1™ BPs + 5 Lamborghini Aventador J BPs

Bugs and Glitches[]
- On April 12, 2021, 11:00 GMT, the Special Event tab showed the rerun of the Lamborghini SC18's Grand Prix. However, it blocked out access to the Pagani Imola's Special Event. Hours later, the Pagani Imola's Special Event came back and the Grand Prix rerun was postponed.
