The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is the car with the most appearances in cover art, splash screens, key art, and app icons among the Asphalt series; having appeared in the cover art and splash screen of Asphalt Injection, the splash screen and first app icon of Asphalt 7: Heat, two app icons and a promotional banner for Asphalt 8: Airborne, and the fifth app icon for Asphalt Nitro.
Ironically, in Season 9: Beyond, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 has a slower Race Time requirement than the Pagani Zonda R, with 01:25:000 and 01:22:000, which are slower than the Zonda R's 01:15:000 and can be achieved even with a stock car. Both cars use the Barcelona track for their Season 9 races.
Similar to other cars that use active aerodynamics, the rear spoiler and air intakes for the Aventador LP 700-4 are permanently kept in the retracted position due to game limitations.
As with a multitude of cars in the game, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4's doors erroneously open conventionally despite that the car actually uses scissor doors in real life. This is best observed when the car is wrecked.
Early concept artwork of the game showed a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 among the several cars that would appear in the game. Eventually, the Aventador LP 700-4 was added in the Asphalt Street Storm Racing Graphics Update.
Due to the "Lamborghini V12" engine note not being brought over from previous games, the Aventador now uses the "Ferrari V12" engine note instead.
