The Lamborghini Egoista is a one-off concept hypercar created to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary, based on the Lamborghini Gallardo.
Description
Based on the Lamborghini Gallardo, the Lamborghini Egoista is a one-off concept car that borrows elements from fighter jets and aircraft. Unique to this car is its one-seat fighter jet-like cockpit, alongside a completely removable canopy door. To enter and exit the vehicle, the steering wheel must be removed.
The Lamborghini Egoista's unique exterior is meant to resemble a bull ready to charge if looked at from the side. The lighting takes cues from modern airplanes, complete with sidemarkers and indicators on the sides, front, rear, and top of the car. The bodywork features active aerodynamic panels that raise and lower accordingly for optimal downforce and stability. The body and wheels are made of antiradar materials to even more identify with fighter jets.
The Lamborghini Egoista's name means "selfish" in Italian. According to the model's designer Walter de Silva, the Lamborghini Egoista “represents hedonism taken to the extreme”.
The fully-functioning model, again based on the Gallardo, features the Gallardo's signature 5.2 L (5,204 cc; 317.6 cu in) naturally aspirated V10 engine tuned to churn out 592 hp (441 kW) and 413 ft·lb (560 N·m) of torque. While no official specifications other than the engine have been given, the Egoista is said to have a 0-60 mph time of 2.4 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph (350 km/h). It also has a minimum dry weight of 2094 lb (950 kg).

Summary
The Lamborghini Egoista was added in the Santa's Gift Update as a mid Class S car with the following rank statistics:
- Starting rank: 1442
- This is identical to the Savage Rivale GTR as both cars have the exact same top speed and nitro stat distribution at stock.
- MAX rank: 1642 (+200)
- MAX+PRO rank: 1766 (+124)
- Tuning Kit bonus: +43
- Stock to MAX+PRO rank difference: 324
- Speed Modifier: 95.90%
- Upgrade Rank Percentages: 15/50/15/20
- Nitro Efficiency: 8/13/18
Its main rivals are the Koenigsegg One:1, Audi R8 e-tron Special Edition, and Ferrari 330 P4.
Performance
The Lamborghini Egoista's performance is heavily based on that of the Savage Rivale GTR, with a huge emphasis on acceleration and nitro.
The Lamborghini Egoista is one of the fastest-accelerating cars in the game, rivaling the Ferrari 330 P4 and Savage Rivale GTR, due to its high nitro stat and weighing 2094 lb (950 kg). The Egoista can reach its real maximum top speed of 297.6 mph (478.7 km/h) in just 2.6 seconds.
Due to emphasizing nitro and acceleration, the Egoista's top speed stat isn't very high. This can be a disadvantage, especially considering the Egoista's above-average drifting radius, which is only slightly wider than that of the TRION NEMESIS. A good workaround to this is to drift through corners slightly earlier than normal. The Egoista does have a sharp turning capacity, though. Another disadvantage of the car is its low nitro efficiency rating of 8/13/18.
Usage
In terms of Events, the Egoista should best be used for Lamborghini-only events or events involving mid-high-end Class S cars (SSC Tuatara, Chrysler ME412, SSC Ultimate Aero XT, Lamborghini Egoista, Koenigsegg One:1, 9FF GT9 VMAX, Ferrari Enzo Ferrari, or Mosler Super GT). In the case of the latter, the Egoista is also a good choice if the player doesn't have any of the latter four cars MAX+PRO.
The Lamborghini Egoista is one of the Enduro Cars in the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV's Enduro Double Down event, appearing only from the third part of the EDD onwards.
Another overlooked niche of the Egoista is its usability as a Credits-grinding machine with its 14th Car Mastery Challenge being a Flawless race set in the Alps, with an average earning rate of 5,750 per 50-second race (assuming the car is MAX+PRO or upgraded to at least 5555 5455, and also assuming Double Credits and the VIP Bonus are taken out of the equation). Just like with the Lamborghini Veneno's last Mastery Challenge, though, the player must be careful not to wreck at any time in the race, as that immediately results in disqualification with no Credits earned.
Usage (Multiplayer)
The Lamborghini Egoista, despite its acceleration capabilities, isn't too competitive in Multiplayer, as given its drifting radius, the Egoista does have trouble navigating through infamously difficult tracks like Sector 8 and Venice. The McLaren Mercedes MP4-25 is also a much better performer for the same rank and lower price, although like the Egoista, the MP4-25 suffers the problem of restrictive availability (both cars currently can only be obtained through Rare Blueprints) and an added danger of instability.
As of the Fifth Anniversary Update, the Lamborghini Egoista with its fast acceleration makes it have an advantage over several cars in Multiplayer, although it will face competition from the Audi R8 e-tron Special Edition, Ferrari 330 P4, Mosler GT3, and even the Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupe Touring Car 2014. Compared to these cars, the Egoista has a lackluster nitro efficiency. It remains inferior to the MP4-25, McLaren 720S, Porsche Carrera GT, and Rezvani Beast Alpha.
Price
Prior to the Car Blueprints Update, the Lamborghini Egoista could either be obtained via its R&D events or purchased for 13,500. Maxing out the Egoista costs 2,885,450 or 16,035. Pro Kits require 1,771,900, 18 of each Class S Parts card, 16 V10 Engines, 24 Mid-Tech cards, and 24 Advanced Tech cards.
As of the Car Blueprints Update, the Lamborghini Egoista can be assembled after collecting 45 Rare Lamborghini Egoista BP cards. Assembly takes 10 hours to complete but can be skipped for 389. As of the Fall Out Boy Update, its BPs are a possible reward in the Free Rewards videos.
The Lamborghini Egoista was also part of the 21st and 28th Multiplayer Seasons, Spring Fling Season 2 and Lunar Season 2 respectively, as an Elite League reward with the car being awarded in its Blueprint form.
Availability
Following its debut in the December 2015 R&D event, the Lamborghini Egoista was made available on a limited time offer from March 11 to 13, 2016, in the Garage at the above-mentioned tokens price.
The R&D event for the Egoista was revived from May 11, 2016, and lasted for 15 days.
Due to some technical problems that arose on May 21, the Egoista R&D event was temporarily unavailable. Players reported the disappearance of the Egoista's R&D banner from their Menu screens, as well as being unable to perform any action that requires a connection to the game's servers.
It was partially restored the following day on May 22 after services went down for about half a day; however, this resulted in players having less time to complete the final stage of this R&D event. Some players still reported connection and Sync issues with the event until May 23, when services were fully restored.
Following the conclusion of the second R&D event, any upgrades recently added stay on the car, should the car become available again at a later time.
The Lamborghini Egoista was made available for purchase again between June 10-13, 2016 and August 27-30, 2016.
The car was made available for purchase for the last time between January 13-16, 2017.
The car is now permanently available in the garage as of the Car Blueprints Update and requires 45 Blueprints to be assembled.
Blueprints for the Egoista were available during the Snowflurry Festival, with each Extra Snowflurry Bundle awarding 3 BPs.
