The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Edizione Tecnica is a variation of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4.
Contents
Description
The Lamborghini Gallardo was a line of sports cars built by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. from 2003 to 2013, as well as the second car line released by Lamborghini following their acquisition by Audi AG in 1998. The line is named after the Gallardo, one of the "foundational breeds" of Spanish fighting bull, from which the Miura bloodline is derived from. Throughout its 10-year production run, numerous variations of the Gallardo were produced.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 was the second generation of the Gallardo line, first unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, and built from 2008 to 2013. Changes over the first generation Gallardo included a redesigned exterior based on the Murciélago LP 640 and Reventón, a more powerful 5.2 L V10 engine, and an "Iniezione Diretta Stratificata" gasoline direct injection system that reduced fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by 18% despite the increased engine power. The car's weight was also reduced by 20 kg (44 lbs).
In 2013, during the final year of the Lamborghini Gallardo's production run, Lamborghini produced special editions of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 that featured elements from the Gallardo Super Trofeo variants, although these were still essentially based on the basic variants of the LP 560-4 in terms of performance. These special edition units had the "Edizione Tecnica" (Italian for "Technical Edition") designation appended to the standard model name. The Edizione Tecnica featured a revised bodywork that had additional triangular and trapezoidal elements on the front and back, larger air intakes, 19-inch "Apollo" matte black wheels with polished silver spokes, and an optional Style Package that added glossy black paintwork on the undersides of the front spoiler, front and rear grilles, and transverse element of the rear trim.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Edizione Tecnica was one of the last Gallardo LP 560-4 variants produced. On November 25, 2013, the final Lamborghini Gallardo was built, marking the end of the car line. From the production of the first Gallardo in 2003 to the final Gallardo in 2013, 14,022 Gallardo units were produced, making it Lamborghini's best-selling car model. The Gallardo was succeeded by the Huracán, which was produced from 2014 onwards.
Asphalt 9: Legends
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Edizione Tecnica, named Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4, was added in the Lamborghini Season Update as a high-ranked Class C car with the following rank statistics:
- Stock rank: 2,301 (
35)
rank: 2,521
rank: 2,830 (
15)
rank: 3,102 (
21)
rank: 3,438 (
28)
rank: 3,997 (
35)
Performance
At its stock rank, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 has a top speed rating of 325, an average acceleration rating (67.6), an average handling rating (50.25) with a moderately wide drift radius, and a subpar nitro efficiency rating (38.4). Because its performance map at this rank is quite similar to a stock Arrinera Hussarya, the Gallardo shares many of the Hussarya's advantages and trade-offs—despite already having a top speed rating that is higher than several other fully upgraded Class C cars, such as the Acura NSX and Ferrari 599XX Evo, the Gallardo loses a lot of speed when cornering or driving on rough terrain, and its nitro efficiency rating, while not as bad as the Hussarya's, still depletes rather quickly.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4's upgrades give the greatest increases to its handling and nitro efficiency, then top speed, and finally acceleration. With extensive upgrades, the Gallardo's ability to corner and drive on rough terrain at high speeds is greatly improved, and its drift radius is tightened by a noticeable degree. It also depletes its nitro at a much slower rate, making the use of nitro and shockwave more reliable as a means to quickly accelerate the car or maintain its top speed.
Usage
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4's balanced performance statistics, especially at or near MAX, means it performs decently on any track. However, it generally performs better on technical tracks, such as The Caribbean and Osaka, since cars with considerably higher top speed ratings (mainly the Arrinera Hussarya and Vencer Sarthe) dominate in speed-oriented locations, like Himalayas or Shanghai.
As a former Legend Pass-exclusive car, and with the distribution of its blueprints being highly restricted, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 is not as practical to obtain or upgrade compared to other Class C cars with wider availability, such as the Pininfarina H2 Speed and Vencer Sarthe.
Due to it being one of the 5 top-ranked Class C cars at MAX, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 is eligible for participation in the Elite: Class C event, held once every 5 weeks, which rewards tokens.
The Lamborghini Gallardo is the second featured car in the Koenigsegg Gemera's Drive Syndicate event, placed after the Saleen S1 and before the Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign. Unlocking the car and starring it up to is a requirement to progress further into the event.
Availability
Up to 7 blueprints for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 could be obtained with the Free Pass during Lamborghini Season upon completing the season goals in each episode. However, the primary method of obtaining blueprints for the Gallardo was through purchase of the Legend Pass during the season, which costs real money; at Tier 50, the Legend Pass gave
64 blueprints which, combined with the blueprints obtained from completing all season goals, would be enough to unlock the Gallardo and star it up to
. Additional blueprints were initially only obtainable through limited-time offers in the Shop that either cost real money or were available for purchase with
tokens after the Legend Pass was purchased.
Following the conclusion of Lamborghini Season, blueprints for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 could be obtained from its Legend Pass-exclusive Car Hunt during Full Throttle Season.
Blueprints for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 were first made obtainable to all players during the Koenigsegg Gemera's Drive Syndicate event, where they could be purchased for Syndicate Coins once players obtained
100,000 in the event. Players also received a reward of
30 Gallardo blueprints upon obtaining
100,000—which, combined with at least
5 blueprints obtained through other means, would be enough to unlock the car—as well as another reward of
5 Gallardo blueprints upon obtaining
180,000.
Asphalt Nitro

As of the Fifteenth Anniversary Update, the Gallardo is a high-end Class C car.
Performance
Like the Pagani Huayra, the Gallardo possesses a very large nitro boost in relation to its top speed.
Though the Gallardo's nitro boost isn't as extreme as some Class D cars like the Renault DeZir and Porsche 959, the Gallardo is still very reliant on its nitro.
Similar to the Pagani Huayra, the Gallardo suffers from such downsides as a low raw top speed and a low total top speed. However, the Gallardo partially makes up for these downsides with average nitro efficiency.
The Gallardo has a decent drift radius and outstanding handling.
Compared to similar-ranked cars, the Gallardo is far from the best since the Mercedes-Benz Biome, Rinspeed zaZen, Honda Integra Type-R, and Shelby Cobra 427 all have very large Tuning Kit bonuses, thus making them all superior to the Gallardo. However, the Gallardo can still compete to some extent with the Audi R8 LMS Ultra and some other nearby cars.
Usage
The Gallardo is overshadowed by the Ford Shelby GT500 and Ferrari 458 Italia as an early Class B car while being fairly useless in Multiplayer and Time-Limited Events.
The Gallardo is still a useful car to purchase since it is required to complete the Career Mode and since it is an easy source of .
However, since March 2018, the Gallardo has been changed to a
car, making it more difficult to attain.
The Gallardo rewards a Free Class B Upgrade for its fifth Mastery challenge. The Gallardo also counts towards the Lamborghini, Italian Stallions and New Blood collections. A total of 315,000, 8 Tuning Kits, and 5 Free Upgrades (2 Class D, 3 Class C) are awarded when all 6 versions are completed.
Price
As of the Fifteenth Anniversary Update, the Gallardo costs 3,850 to purchase (previously
1,625). Upgrades cost
1,020,000 while Pro Kits require 15 of each
Uncommon Drivetrain,
Uncommon Exhaust,
Uncommon Suspension,
Uncommon Tires, 60
Uncommon Tech and
2,604,000.
The Gallardo was a reward car for banking 12,000 in the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV EDD.
It was also part of the 30th Multiplayer Season, Holiday Rush Season 3 as a Pro League reward. Players who already own the Gallardo would win 50,000 instead.
