Before the Gangstar Season Update, the rarity of the card was Superb, prior to the Fifteenth Anniversary Update it was named Festival (worth 3,500). The Festival rarity has then been renamed to Superb (worth 3,000) in the Wild Cards Update.
The card was originally only available through its 
Festival Kit Box of the namesake Festival. As the Fifteenth Anniversary Update removed all Pro Kit Boxes, the card is now a single item.
