The card was originally only available through its 
Festival Kit Box of the namesake Festival. As the Fifteenth Anniversary Update removed all Pro Kit Boxes, the card is now a single item.
Rarity[]
Before the Gangstar Season Update, the rarity of the card was Optimal, prior to the Fifteenth Anniversary Update it was named Extra (worth 2,000). The extra rarity has then been renamed to optimal in the Wild Cards Update.
As of the Gangstar Season Update, the rarity of the card was changed to Common (worth 50).
As of the 2024 Spring Update, it is longer needed for upgrading the car.
