• While the McLaren 600LT has the same 3.8 L twin-turbocharged V8 used in the McLaren 12C Spider, McLaren 570S, McLaren 675LT and McLaren P1™, it uses the "v8 ruf" engine note instead.
  • It is also the first Class S car to use that engine note.
• The McLaren 600LT erraneously outperforms the 675LT, 720S, P1 and P1 GTR in-game.
• The McLaren 600LT is the first car to require more than  4,000,000 for its MAX upgrades.
  • Several high-end S-class vehicles also require more than  4,000,000, but only after the upgrade price changes in the 2019 Spring Update.
• The McLaren 600LT is the second vehicle to have its banner set in Transylvania.
