The McLaren 765LT Spider is the open-top version of the McLaren 765LT supercar.
Description[]
Text originally from the McLaren 765LT Spider' car page.
Engineered without fear, driven by the fearless. At McLaren, we embrace the challenge and relish the unknown. Longtail models personify this spirit. Our most extreme, driver focused, pure performance cars. With a proud lineage.
The new McLaren 765LT Spider is the latest in this exclusive line. Only 765 will ever be made.
Delivering maximum engagement. Untamed performance. Scalpel-sharp handling. With 765PS and 800Nm of torque. It takes just 11 seconds to open and stow the ultra-lightweight single piece electric Retractable Hard Top. So now there's nothing between you and the elements.
The most powerful McLaren LT Spider to date produces 765PS and 800NM of torque from its re-engineered McLaren designed 4.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8. But this is far more than brute force. It's finessed and accessible for maximum results. Optimised gear ratios - include a final drive built from F1-grade materials – generate extreme acceleration. 0 – 100km/h [62mph] in 2.8 seconds and 0 – 200km/h [124mph] in a jaw dropping 7.2 seconds.
Asphalt 8: Airborne[]
The McLaren 765LT Spider was added in the Chrome Marauder Update as a high Class S car with the following stats:
Performance[]
Based on initial testing, the 765LT Spider's performance is based on the McLaren 720S, with good handling and drifting, good acceleration and good nitro efficiency.
While the 765LT Spider is by no mean a Class S King, as it lacks a higher raw top speed on par with car like Koenigsegg CC850, or an excellent speed recovery on par with car like Faraday Future FFZERO1, it is still a good support car for 2nd - 5th position in Gauntlet on technical tracks such as Sector 8, Transylvania, Terra 9.
Availability[]
The McLaren 765LT Spider was obtainable by landing the dice in the Super Round and then landing on its cell or reaching Stage 2 by collecting 8,000 Treasure Points in its Treasure Rush. Players who already owned the car in the Super Round would get 20x Direct Upgrade - Class S in Stage 2 instead.
If the player purchased 5 bundles in the Hot Deal section that contained 25x Normal Dice, 1,500,000 in each bundle and on the 5th bundle, 8,000 Treasure Points, the car is unlocked.
