The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is a grand tourer built in collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and McLaren.
Description[]
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster (R199) is a limited production grand tourer convertible produced jointly by McLaren Automotive and Mercedes-Benz, based on the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR. It is the roadster version of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
The roadster version's convertible roof is made of a "newly developed material" (as opposed to a folding metal arrangement) which is folded away electrically after a manual unlatching.

Performance[]
The SLR has a great top speed, very good nitro efficiency, decent acceleration and handling, wide drifting radius and slow drifting speed. It can be a great choice for multiplayer due to its high top speed and very good nitro efficiency.
Usage[]
The SLR McLaren has its own Career Season in Chapter 3.
In the Exclusive: VLF Force V10 event, the SLR McLaren used to be required for one of the event's objectives. It was replaced by the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera in the Asphalt Legends Unite Expansion Update.
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren was required for the special events of Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta, Pininfarina Battista, Inferno Automobili Inferno and Rimac Concept_One.
Availability[]
It was first obtainable through its Unleashed event.
It was later made obtainable from the Gold Pack and Platinum Pack until Asphalt Legends Unite Expansion Update.
As of the Mid-Season Update, it is available
- from its Car Hunt events: Car Hunt Start (November 26 – December 4, 2024) and Car Hunt Riot ()December 4 – 8, 2024).
