Mini John Cooper Works is the name of several Mini car models tuned by John Cooper Works, a British car marque now owned by BMW.
John Cooper Works (JCW) was founded in 2002 by Michael Cooper, son of John Cooper, the racing car maker and tuner responsible for the original 1961 Mini Cooper. In 2007, German automaker BMW acquired the rights to the name and bought out the company in 2008.
