Bugs and Glitches[]
- Error 4-1: After downloading the update, Android players were unable to play the game as an error code would appear in the loading screen.
- A hotfix was released on April 6 addressing this issue.
- Invisible Billboard: The billboard near the warehouse in U.S. Midwest is now invisible, but players can still collide with it and wreck.
- This was fixed in the Raging Bull Season Update.
- No Limited Series: There was no daily Limited Series multiplayer season on April 17.
- This was fixed a few hours later.
- Inaccessible social network connection: Many players reported that the social network connections are bugged.
- Bugged Looper Prix Condition: During the Arash AF8 Falcon Edition Looper Prix, one of the practice conditions for Round 3 was labelled "TotalTime: 85000", which could only be completed by setting a time slower than 1:25.
- The condition was corrected to "Beat Race Time: 01:25" a few hours after the round started.
- Broken Renault TreZor packs: Just like Electric Season Update, there are broken versions of the Renault Trezor pack. This is likely due to a mistake from Gameloft.
- Frequent Synchronization Delays: Windows users reported experiencing frequent synchronization delays with most game modes when the Attack Phase of Club Clash started on May 7, 2022; this may have been exacerbated by an outage of Xbox Live services (used to synchronize game progression) a few hours afterwards, although the delays still persisted even after Xbox Live services were restored to normal functionality on May 8, 2022. Only Career Mode races are unaffected.
- The synchronization issues were rectified on May 9, 2022.
Gifts[]
- Due to the Brabham BT62 Looper Prix being cancelled, all players received the #01 decal of it as compensation.
- On May 13, 2022, all Windows players received
5 blueprints for the Brabham BT62, 300,000, and 300 as compensation for the synchronization issues that occurred from May 7-8, 2022.
Trivia[]
- The new career season icon has a Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) along with a Ford GT (2017).
- The Brabham BT62 was originally intended to be introduced by way of a Looper Prix event. However, said event was cancelled due to unspecified reasons, and the BT62 was subsequently introduced by way of a Special Event that requires the Puritalia Berlinetta to fully complete. As part of the compensation, a poll was conducted from April 21-25 on the official Asphalt 9 Discord server for the community to decide between a rerun of either the Pagani Zonda R or SCG 007S's Grand Prix as a replacement event.
- The associated season introduced in this update features 4 Special Events instead of the usual 2.
