The Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) Special Edition has the following modifications:
- Upgraded 2.6 L twin-turbocharged i6 engine
- Custom widebody kit
- Gold BBS RG-R rims and cambered wheels
- Custom spoiler and exhaust pipe
- Custom livery
- The Chinese New Year zodiac sign of the car's release: the Tiger
- Note: No tiger silhouette is depicted. Instead, tiger stripes are used to represent the theme.
- "TIGER SKYLINE" written on the sunstrip in an Asian-style font.

The Skyline GT-R (R34) Special Edition was obtainable again in the following events:
- Racing Pass 28 by reaching Page 6 with the Premium upgrade and cost 10 to purchase. Players who already owned the car would get 10x Direct Upgrade - Class B instead.
