Asphalt 7: Heat
The Shelby Cobra 427 S/C appears as a special event car in Tier 3. Added in Update 1.1.0, the last update of Asphalt 7: Heat, it is the second most powerful car in Tier 3; The strongest car for Tier 3 still remains as the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. The lending price, at 527,000 cash, makes it insanely expensive for a Tier 3 car, though the Sesto Elemento is more expensive(875,000). It is generally a mere stat upgrade for the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione or the Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
Asphalt 8: Airborne
The Shelby Cobra 427 S/C (Name shortened to Shelby Cobra 427) appears as a Class B car in this game. It is the third car that is obtained as a mastery reward, requiring 1,050 to be unlocked. It has an unusually low starting rank of 1015, the lowest in all of Class B, an average MAX rank of 1398 and a high final rank of 1607. Its Tuning Kit boost of 67 points brings it highest possible rank at 1674.
The Shelby Cobra 427's main trait is its explosive acceleration, aided by its strong nitro boost - it's the third quickest acceleration in Class B, behind the Rimac Concept One and the Audi R8 LMS Ultra, but unlike the two, it has a much higher, albeit still average, Nitro efficiency, which compensates its low pure top speed. Its handling is very well-rounded, and not very prone to skidding.
While mostly useless for single-player, the Shelby Cobra 427 is one of the best, if not the very best, car for Multiplayer events. Its powerful acceleration and very large Tuning Kit boost let it have a lot of chances to knock down other racers, as well as having an extremely high top speed for its ranks, being able to reach even 400 km/h (248.5 mph) with a rank below 1400, something no other car can do. This combination of traits let it beat any other car, and emerge as the king of mid-rank Multiplayer, overshadowing the Mercedes-Benz Biome (Although special care is to be taken if one is not using an Extra Tank). It is of note, however, that one should avoid tuning the Cobra over a rank of 1595, because a buggy lobby balance system will be likely to put it against fully-tuned top Class A or S cars, where it cannot compete against.
The Shelby Cobra 427 costs 1,949,650 to max out, the second highest in Class B, the first being the Kepler Motion.
