The Asphalt 9 Soft Launch (v0.2.9 - v0.5.3) is the beta release of Asphalt 9. It was first made available for iOS in Thailand and the Philippines as part of the soft launch on February 26, 2018 and later on in Australia on May 18, 2018.

WHAT’S NEW
REBALANCE & TWEAKS
- We’ve slightly adjusted the performance of several cars, including the BMW Z4 LCI E89 and DS AUTOMOBILE DS E-TENSE to more accurately reflect their rank.
- The Aston Martin Career Season has lower recommended car ranks so you can ride the Aston Martin DB11 to victory in more events!
- Added indicators to the Chapter screen to mark which Seasons currently have event you can take on.
NEW CLUB FEATURES
- You can now create Private Clubs that can only be found by players who search specifically for your Club Tag.
- Based on player feedback, we’ve added the options for Club managers to turn off request notifications and to invite players to their club.
- Clan managers will only receive one notification per player requesting to join their Club, even if the same player sends multiple requests.
- A new Club Season has begun!

ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER
- Career mode seasons 2, 4 and 5 have be-n slightly rebalanced to speed up player progression.
ENHANCED REALISM
- You can now apply the carbon fiber finish to more cars, including the Koenigsegg Regera or the Pagani Huayra BC and more!
- Spoiler animations have been added to 19 cars (and counting), making them even more like the real-life models! Spoilers will deploy during a race, and players can also rotate the cars in the garage to see their spoiler deploy.

- Club Managers can now appoint as many “Club Officers” as they wish. Officers have the power to invite players to the Club, accept new member requests, and remove members.
