This item is used to upgrade a vehicle to its maximum rank without spending Fusion Coins and Pro Kits for cars and 
Credits for bikes.

- All players received 1x Ultimate Upgrade at the start of the Neon Season Update
- Premium rewards in themed-Season Pass (except the Garage Life Season) & certain Racing Passes
- Players whose VIP levels was 11 or higher prior to the removal of VIP system in the 2023 Spring Update were compensated with 1x Ultimate Upgrade
