The Ultra Box is a Pro Kit Box in Asphalt 8: Airborne. It was introduced in the Motorcycles Update and can be obtained for
Fusion Points. The Ultra Box was originally priced at
22,000 before being increased to
22,500 in the Halloween Update.
It once was the best box for rare and also legendary Blueprints until the 2019 Spring Update removed all Blueprints and bike-specific parts from common boxes. The Ultra Box still has the highest drop rate of rare cards in the game and, perhaps accidentally by negligence of the programmers, still grants rare bike Tech. As it is possible that will change with the next update, players looking for bike Tech may consider opening Ultra Boxes before.
Price per item[]
Although the Ultra Box has the highest drop rate of legendary cards of the three fusion boxes, it is not the best choice if a player has accumulated fusion points and is looking for legendary cards. The Ultra Box's price per item is much higher than that of the
Starter Fusion Box † which leads to the counterintuitive result that the Starter Box grants nearly twice as much legendary cards for the same amount of fusion points (see § Fusion boxes in Pro Kit Box price comparison for details).

Engines[]
Since the introduction of the
Finish Line Box and the
Daily Kit Box † in the Fast Lane Update, these two boxes should be preferred if a player is looking for engines. It should also be considered that due to the high percentage of rare cards in Ultra Boxes, common engines like V8 or V6 are unlikely to appear.
Tech[]
The Ultra Box has one of the lowest Tech drop rate among the most common boxes. This makes it a mediocre choice for Mid-Tech, despite its high drop rate of rare cards.
Parts[]
Due to its high drop rate of rare cards, the Ultra Box is also the best box for Class A and S car parts. Besides, it seems to grant more Drivetrain than other parts (see Part cards by type in infobox) which is particularly useful for most speed based cars.
