1) Getting rid of all remaining Vivendi artilery with the help of K.I.T.T. and the Halo Squad 2) Destroing the portal switch to ensure that no one can open it again. 3) Taking K.I.T.T to Lexington Park, Philadelphia before the portal closes for good, but got interrupted by Vincent who demands a 1v1 duel. 4) I accept the duel as my final race for my entire lifetime; but I eventually switch from the McLaren 600LT to K.I.T.T and escape to Lexington Park 5) Sending the 600LT crashing into Vincent's Lamborghini Centenario via K.I.T.T's remote control, resulting in Vincent being severely injured, and both cars getting totalled 6) Returning to the castle to discuss on how to send the remaining 3 cars to a UNSC D96 Albatross to be hauled to Lexington Park while waiting for stormy weather to facilitate the escape
The name of the episode is a play of the new game mode Showdown, although the episode will not feature much elements of the game mode, and the fact that the Showdown Update will be the last update in which I will be playing A8, before I quit the racing scene for good without any second thoughts.
(Unlike other episodes, I will wait for P1 Boy to bring in his ideas for this episode. While Kim and I can delete all remaining Vivendi artillery on our own with UNSC-supplied weaponary, the presence of the Halo Squad would spice things up, so I would wish to include P1 Boy and Blue Team, along with many Spartan troops, assisting my monkey-wrenching of Vivendi's remnants. I will also make use of the "tabber" template to reduce the length of the page since all 4 penultimate episodes would be extremely long; same goes for the absolute last episode and probably the epilogue.)
Waiting for UNSC Troops
On one of the bridges leading to San Diego Harbor track, the last known command center of Vivendi following the destruction of the last HQ; 1830 hours; July 28, 2019; Foggy weather
KITT: We're here. I hope I don't have to go against my programming after this.
Me: No worries about that. But if we do not destroy whatever Vivendi is left with, I am concerned that Kim and I won't make it to the getaway plane. As if the incoming attack from the Fiends, Covenant and Forerunners against this place is not bad enough.
KITT: I get your point, though. Are we going to just stay idle right at the remaining Vivendi-controlled district?
Kimberley: I have to say yes. While waiting for the Halo Squad to come so that we can get this party started. After all, your chassis is indestructible, so we do not have to worry about goons coming our way.
Me: Halo Squad would arrive in 25 minutes later. Check your artillery.
The two of us check our Z-750 Binary Rifles, T-58 LAAW Fuel Rod Cannons, Hybrid BR85Ns, M363 RPD Sticky Detonators, M395B DMRs, Z-390 Heartseeker Incineration Cannons, and MLRS-1 HGL Hydra Launchers, as well as the M762, M16A4, AWM and Groza
Kimberley: All UNSC weapons are in working order, with more than enough ammunation for today, same for our signature guns. I have yet to check the Fuel Rod Cannons though, but I can tell that the Z-750s and Z-350s are also fully operational, with no signs of defects present. No jammed parts, no worn out parts, no faulty triggers, none of that.
Me: When the Halo Squad comes, it's showtime. And nope, we are not going to just stay inside KITT and let it do all the work itself. We will let KITT take advantage of its M249s and its indestructible chassis, but things will only be fun if we watch the goons and their artillery and their boats disintegrate into nothing.
Kimberley: I wonder what weapons would Sierra-117, Sierra-104, Sierra-058 and Sierra-087 bring along. By the way, I can also tell that the HGLs are also in full working order.
Me: I am sure that they would bring their usual stuff like Z-390s, M395Bs and SRS-99s. Besides the M363s, I have a whole chunk of M67 Frag Grenades. Enough to disorient the goons while the M363s do their work.
Kimberley: By the way, how many minutes more before we spot some UNSC D79-TC Pelicans, AC-220 Vultures and AV-22 Sparrowhawks, and laugh at all the destruction to the remnants of Vivendi....
KITT: That would be 19 minutes.
Me: 19 minutes before we can dance over Vivendi's grave. By the way, I heard that Margaret and Douglas managed to finish the Continental Championship and are on their way to Lexington Park. Which means we do not have to worry about the Continental GT3 being a whistleblower.
Kimberley: Once we are done, I wanna bring the news to those who were hiding in Boston. Wherever they are hiding at now- only KITT knows, I wish to let them know that our departure is about to reach soon.
Me: That will happen as soon as we make it back to the castle safe and sound. You, look out for Vivendi goons. I will look out for the UNSC gunships.
Arrival of troops and discussing the plan
1855 hours, when a small fleet of UNSC Pelicans, Vultures and Sparrowhawks arrive
Me: You wait here, while Kim and I go and discuss the plan with the Halo Squad. When I give you the signal, it's showtime.
suddenly, an enemy Aeshma Spellspinner appears
Kimberley: What the! What is that!
Kimberley kicks the Aeshma only to realize that he is immune to all physical attacks despite having staggered from her kick
Kimberley: That's just great.
Kimberley throws a Plasma Grenade at the Aeshma and destroys him, causing him to dissipate into pyreflies
Kimberley: Stay down, monster.
John-117: That's one of those fiends that we have mentioned. Anyway, just focus on desstroying their artillery. The fiends, wether allied with UNSC or not, are on their way to deal with the remaining command centers, or for simplicity's sake, HQs.
KITT: Well, I know just the plan. Ssome of you take care of their boats, others take care of the SAM sites and any artillery-related stuff. I will assist the (friendly) fiends, by distracting thee goons.
Kelly-087: By how? Bait?
KITT: Yes, bait. While the fiends had to fight against the goons, all I am going to do is to rely on nothing more than Turbo Boost. Maybe I would look for you guys if any of you is having trouble with VVS goons, but I doubt that they would last.
Me: All weapons loaded? while holstering my M762 and pulling out a Hybrid BR85N Battle Rifle
John-117: Copied, all weapons loaded.
Me: Good. Let's teach this pricks before I isolate my garage from AsphaltLand, and make my plan to leave.
P1 Boy: What about the Ford Capri FE, the Infiniti Q60 and both Koenigseggs?
Me: I will figure about the Capri FE later. As for the other 3 cars, I will hijacck them directly from the VVS and send them to a D96 Albatross, for direct transport to my garage; I will decide what to do with all my cars there next time. Enough chattering, let's rock!!

The 25th VVS goon was about to shoot the Cactuar when KITT uses Turbo Boost to barge into the office tower, which distracts the goons, giving the Cactuars time to strike back
VVS goon 22: F*** IT!! IT'S THAT DREADED CAR AGAIN!!!
The Cactuars shoot the goons with their borrowed Scattershots, Lightrifles, Heartseekers, Binary Rifles and Boltshots, eliminating them in mere seconds while the goons were distracted by KITT's repeated Turbo Boosting into their command center
Cactuars: Kweh Kweh, Kweeh!! (This place is clear of goons. Let's regroup with our squad by the entrance!!)

KITT: I hope these goons are neutralised before they could do anything to impair TF2014's escape plan. Either way, I am getting back to the entrance, and see if TF2014 is done. (sending transmission to me) KITT to TF2014. Have you finished what you are doing?
My transmission: Not yet, but almost. Two boats left, but there are a lot of goons.
KITT: 10-4. I am heading to where the Halo Squad is at.
Me: Copied. As soon as the allied fiends and the Halo Squad leave, it's time to close my garage doors.
KITT: I gotcha. I will be plotting a waypoint to your ruined garage in the meantime. KITT out, till we regroup.
Me: TF2014 out.
KITT heads for the harbor entrance once it ended the transmission; at the same time the Chocobo-Cactuar-Tonberry squads have just finished clearing all command centers
KITT: That's a lot of goons!! I better help the Halo Squad deal with these guys.

Spartans in Sparrowhawk #883: They are definitely not pleased, especially after the 8th generation KITT demolished their last HQ. Any idea what aircraft they would be using?

Pelican #445: They are not so much of our concern, since those fiends would take care pf them, hostile or not. But just look out for Mig-21s, Mi-24s, F-15s, UH1Y-Venoms and Type-29 Vampires.
Sparrowhawk #212: Type-29s? I thought the only Covenant forces that are left following the demise of Cortana are non-hostile?
Sparrowhawk #553: That is because these Type 29s were stolen about a week ago. So far the Sangheilis have confirmed the theft of at least 70 of their ships.
Pelican #422: No wonder why Covenant forces are trying to ruin AspahltLand to the point not a single particle of it is left. And I got to mention that the VVS stole 82 of them. No idea how, but they were successful, and the elite Covenant forces are pissed about this.
Vulture #912: So far Covenant forces have not determined a suitable date to glass this whole city, but they will. As far as we know, the VVS is one of them most evil organisations, but I never expected such a heinous organisation to contain a bunch of idiots who even think of pulling off such an act.

John-117: Looks like there are a lot of fiends within this harbor. I never thought we would ever return to AsphaltLand, but banging up VVS equipment would be an interesting way to celebrate the demise of Cortana.
P1 Boy: Definitely some good news here. This will be the final time I would be going back to AsphaltLand, but I agree, watching the VVS go broke is awesome.
John-117: This will definitely be the last time, even after the whole VVS is terminated. This whole place would eventually go down.
P1 Boy: I do agree, but is there a reason this whole city is going to be reduced to nothing?
Fred-104: All thanks to the VVS having the guts to steal Covenant gunships, and Covenant troops are planning to glass AsphaltLand. Also, some fiends from the Fiend World are about to infest AsphaltLand.
Linda-058: Well, we better hope that TF2014, Azelfland and R8 Tyke get to evacuate to safety.
Fred-104: I am not sure about Azelfland, but TF2014 and R8 Tyke would likely be leaving within a month or two. Ironically, the latter two need the assistance of Ford GTs to make their way to their getaway vehicles.
P1 Boy: Fords? I thought TF2014 chartered a Northwest Airlines A330? For R8 Tyke, I do understand.
John-117: Both Fords were modified vehicles. For R8 Tyke, his Ford GT has been modified to a Ford FIA GT1, which is almost done with helping R8 Tyke finish his McLaren Senna. As for TF2014, you did see him and his girl in a 2017 Ford GT, right?
P1 Boy: Yes, but what is the significance of that car?
Fred-104: The Ford GT that TF2014 is using is not a regular Ford. That is actually a Knight Industries vehicle.
P1 Boy: Knight Industries.... I get it. Did KITT suddenly decided to use a Ford GT for its hull?
Kelly-087: KITT did that to slip through AsphaltLand.
Fred-104: And with KITT, TF2014 can finally close his garage door from AsphaltLand. He is still trying to retrieve both Koenigseggs and the Infiniti though.
P1 Boy: (pulling out an Incendiary Gun and an M739 SAW) At least I know that TF2014 is now about to clear this maze of death. All conversations aside, I am getting readings on my radar.
John-117: (pulling out his Hybrid BR85N and MA5D) Of course we are getting readings. With TF2014, Kim and KITT, along with the allied fiends- the Chocobos, Cactuars and Tonberries monkey-wrenching this harbor, which is the only surviving command unit of the VVS, the VVS won't just turn a blind eye.
Fred-104: (checking his M6H2 Magnum, M395B DMR and ARC-920) Expect some goons in AF10s, Centenarios and 9FF VMAXes soon. At the moment, the arriving goons are using Mi-24s, UH1Y Venoms, Mig-21s, McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagles and stolen Type-29 Vampires. Make sure we check our weaponary before they come.
Linda-058: (loading her Nornfang SRS99-S5) Unfortunately Fred, the VVS gang cars are not too far behind the air units. Get lock and loaded!!

Edward Buck: (loading his MA5D while Linda and Fred look for vantage points) Ever since we took P1 Boy back to the Infinity, we always hear Vivendi getting screwed. But WATCHING them getting screwed up close would mean more fun.

All 5 9FFs were destroyed by the ammunation from the Incendiary Gun, Nornfang, MA5D, M395B and M45 that were repeatedly fired at them

Fred-104: Looks like these goons are not going to retreat.
Some VVS 9FFs stop by the entrance to the harbor, with the goons exiting their vehicles and pull out their Plasma Repeaters, Lightrifles, KRISS Vectors, TAR-21s and MA5K Carbines
Kelly-087: They know we are here.
P1 Boy: Not too much of a problem for me.
P1 Boy, Kelly-087 and Buck destroy the 9FFs and kill the goons with their M739, Z-750 and MA5D respectively just as some AF10s start pulling into the harbor, with the AF10 occupants stopping to deal with the Halo Squad while the 9FFs proceed to stop Kim and myself, who are busy wrecking the boats docked at the harbor
Fred-104: (shooting the 9FFs) Looks like they are heading for TF2014 and Kim.
John-117: They have stuff like T-58s, HGL Hydra Launchers, Z-750s, BR85s and some M395Bs, right? Should not be a problem.
P1 Boy: (while incinerating some VVS goons who were using AF10s) Not a problem, but TF2014 would prefer his M762 assault rifle, when given the chance.
Fred-104: Not surprising to me. He WILL put UNSC-supplied weapons to use, but his M762 performs similarly to the MA5 series of assault rifles, so he should be fine. (Breaking the fourth wall) Looks like he is too comfortable with weapons featured in PUBG, it seems.
John-117: Yeah, but he knows when to prioritise UNSC weapons. (At this point, some BR85 and Z-750 gunshots were heard from one of the ships)
Fred-104: Not surprising because he is still adapting to UNSC weapons, but yeah. I hear ya- (seeing Pelican #402 crash onto two VVS AF10s) Bad news guys, we lost a UNSC gunship.
Linda-058: (after killing 8 goons by headshots with her Nornfang) Say again?
Fred-104: Linda, we lost a Pelican!!
Kelly-087: (seeing the flaming wrecks of Pelican #402 and the two AF10s) Never thought we would ever lose a UNSC ship since we had a truce with the Forerunners and Covenants!!
P1 Boy: (while attacking some goons with his M739 SAW) Careful now!! Heavily armed goons in Centenarios are coming!!
Linda-058: We can only hope they don't reach TF2014.

Buck: Oh no, not another UNSC gunship!! (With some downed Mi-24s and Type-29 Vampires falling to their doom during his speech)
John-117: I doubt that they would reach him in large numbers. The other two entrances are destroyed by Tonberries that are looking after TF2014 and his girl- (Sees a VVS goon shoot KITT with a Heartseeker, which deflects off KITT's hull and hits an incoming VVS Centenario) VVS suffering indirect friendly fire!!
P1 Boy: I wonder how did KITT withstand a direct hit, but that's amazing!!
Fred-104: KITT's hull is able to withstand any kind of impact, that's a bonus!!
KITT: You take care of these goons. I will distract them for you.
KITT stops in front of the entrance to the harbor, thus blocking the goons from proceeding to the Halo Squad

P1 Boy: Yeah, cancer. And we are here to accelerate your demise.
A massive pile up of VVS 9FFs, AF10s and Centenarios occurs at the entrance which is blocked by KITT, with the Halo Squad destroying the cars after they collided
KITT: Can anyone check if TF2014 and his girl are okay?
Linda-058: (using her Nornfang's scope to monitor a sinking ship) I am watching... as far as I know, I heard the sound of a Groza, BR85, Z-750, M395B, M363, TAR-21, Z-390, PLasma Pistol, Plasma Repeater, M45D, M762 and ARC-920 from the boats. I cannot tell if they are okay.
P1 Boy: As long as you hear the BR85, M762, ARC-920 and Groza, you know they are okay.
John-117: Yeah, the VVS has no BR85s and ARC-920s in their possession. The M762 is TF2014's favourite rifle, and his girl tends to use a Groza if she could not reload her BR85 and Binary Rifle in time. So yeah, the minute you hear a BR85 and ARC-920, you know they are okay.
KITT: Focus on the entrance, I need to bring TF2014 and Kim out of that boat. There are too many goons surrounding that sinking ship.
Buck: We got this. Do what you need to do.
KITT was about to leave his position to find Kim and I when another D79-TC Pelican crashes, though the Halo Squad are able to see its occupants ejecting
P1 Boy: May I know how could our advanced Pelican lose to a Mig-21?
John-117: P1 Boy? Say again?
P1 Boy: I saw one of our Pelicans getting shot down by a VVS-owned Mig-21. I am not sure about the other two downed ships, but I can confirm that Pelican #422's occupants ejected safely.
John-117: That's a little ridiculous. At least we know they are fine.
Fred-104: Too bad KITT had to leave for TF2014. Now we are having swarms of 9FFs and Centenarios.
The Halo Squad eliminate the goons before they could stop; at this point, the occupants of Pelican #402 are seen swimming to shore; about the same time, KITT took Kim and myself out of the sinking battleship
Kelly-087: Pelican #402's troops are safe and sound.
Linda-058: What about the troops of the downed Vulture?? (With a VVS F-15 crashing into the same spot where AC-220 Vulture crashed, which only increased the size of the fire in that hangar; KITT arrives at this point)
KITT: I can tell that they also ejected safely, but I need to find their whereabouts.

Me: I am thinking so. Screw this place, for ruining cars with some dreaded upgrade costs that a lot of people despise. KITT's dignity would have been tarnished badly if they brought in Pontiac Firebird Trans Ams into here. Glad KITT decided to improvise.
Kimberley: Once we are done, should we monkey-wrench their aircraft carriers and battleships?
Me: Yes, and put surface-to-air missiles on our demolition list. You get working on all the equipment in here, I will look out for goons.

Me: Some non-hostile Fiends, such as Chocobos, Cactuars and Tonberries would watch our backs, so only the VVS goons are the real concern. Enough chatting, let's put Abelion Cooperation and Vivendi out of business!

Kimberley: Well, bad news. All F-15s have left the harbor.
Me: Screw these jets. The UNSC will take care of them with Pelican, Vulture and Sparrowhawk gunships. We just need to take care of the boats.
Kimberley: Let's go!!
Both of us take a two minute walk to one of the aircraft carriers as soon as the vehicle import area crumbles inward
Me: That ship is not anywhere within our reach. Got those M363s ready??
Kimberley: Yeah, but I would try drilling holes onto its hull with the ARC-920. You get working with the M363.
Me: Copied.
The aircraft carrier close to the destroyed vehicle import area sinks after getting bombarded by explosives and projectiles
Me: This boat is out!! How many more?
Kimberley: 3 more ships to take out, one with SAM sites- (as a Mig-21 crashes onto the mounted weapons of one of the battleships, disabling them) actually, make it two. (When a Pelican dodged a shot from a Vampire, which hit the ship, causing it to sink)
Me: Looks like we got to go up close and personal. (As some 9FFs approach us) Time to make things go ugly!!
KITT: KITT to TF2014. Have you finished what you are doing?
Me: Not yet, but almost. Two boats left, but there are a lot of goons.
KITT: 10-4. I am heading to where the Halo Squad is at.
Me: Copied. As soon as the allied fiends and the Halo Squad leave, it's time to close my garage doors.
KITT: I gotcha. I will be plotting a waypoint to your ruined garage in the meantime. KITT out, till we regroup.
Me: TF2014 out.
We destroy any VVS gang cars that approach us with the use of our T-58 LAAWs, while alternating to Hybrid BR85Ns to deal with goons that survive the blast
Me: Bunch of nincompoops. Which ship should we deal with first??
Kimberley: Deal with the other battleship first, they could wreck UNSC gunships if they know what they are doing!
Me: They cannot shoot down those gunships since they aim like Stormtroopers, or worse. But yeah, we better take the ship down.
Suddenly, some VVS Centenarios surround the two of us, who are forced to enter the other aircraft carrier
Me: Not looking good, we better get going from inside out.
VVS goons: STOP THERE YOU TRESSPASSERS!!!
Me: The ship seems to be occupied, but GO!!
The two of us use our BR85s, ARC-920s, Z-750 Binary Rifles, T-58 LAAWs, M395Bs, M762 and Groza to fend ourselves from the VVS goons who were either inside the aircraft carrier or approached the carrier
Kimberley: How many of them are here??
Me: I have no idea, but there would be a lot of them!! You handle the goons who used the cars, while I settle the goons who were on the boat!!
Kimberley: On it!!
I try to shoot one of the goons with my Binary Rifle but he missed the shot, with the projectiles hitting the battleship directly behind it, tearing a hole on the port side, close to the starboard
Me: That's too many of them!! You try to get to the other ship!!
Kimberley: Say again??
Me: You know what, forget it. Fend off these goons for me!!
Kimberley: You mean??
Me: I have intentions to blow the other ship from here!! (While pulling out some M67 Frag Grenades and my M363 RPD Sticky Detonator)
Kimberley: It's getting heavy here!!
Me: Just get to the control deck!!
I toss some frag grenades towards the goons
Me: Fall back, Kim!! I dumped a nade!!
Kimberley: Fall back? (Just as she sees a frag grenade land in the middle of the goons) 10-4!!
Kim manages to get behind me as the goons get killed by the grenade blast
Me: Get to the control deck, quick!!
Kimberley: Control deck??
Me: Just so we can get a vantage point to kill anyone on the battleship.
The both of us head for the control deck of the aircraft carrier, killing the goons in the bridge of the aircraft carrier
Me: No jets here?? Enough time to focus on that ship. Fire in the hole!!
I toss an M67 Frag Grenade from the bridge of the aircraft carrier onto the deck of the battleship, killing the goons on the deck and damaging that portion of the boat
VVS goons on the battleship: WE HAVE INTRUDERS!! I REPEAT, WE HAVE INTRUDERS ON THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER!!
Me: You deal with the other ship, while I kill the goons who aare coming over!!
Kimberley: I gotcha!!!
Me: STEP BACK OR DIE, LOSERS!!
I use my M762 to kill any goons that are going to the deck to shoot the bridge of the aircraft carrier, while Kim uses her M363 to blow the hull of the battleship to sink it
Kimberley: TASTE MAGNETIC BOMBS, SUCKERS!!!
Me: Once we are done with the other ship, we get rid of this one-
Kimberley: Uh oh. We're surrounded!!
Me: (seeing some goons surrounding the aircraft carrier) Are you done with sinking the battleship yet?
Kimberley: Almost-
A Type-29 Vampire tears a large hole on the side of the aircraft carrier, causing it to sink fast
Kimberley: That's it, we're done.
Me: Not so. You focus on the goons escaping from the battleship, while I get in touch with KITT.
Kimberley: I got- (screams as she saw a Heartseeker charge barreling into the bridge and ducks in time) Never mind, we plan our escape.
KITT: TF2014 Hang on. I'm coming. Just stay alive, and get out of the bridge ASAP!!
Me: Roger!! Kim, we gotta go, now!!
Kimberley: (holstering her M363 and pulling out her Groza) I got this!!
Both of us managed to leave the bridge just as it gets bombarded by Heartseeker charges fired by VVS goons
Me: Just get to the starboard, this thing is tilting to the port side!!
Kimberley: But there are too many goons!!
Me: And there's KITT to the rescue!! (As KITT uses its grappling hook to secure itself to the sinking aircraft carrier)
KITT: I hope I am not too late! Get in!
Both of us enter KITT before the aircraft carrier tilts to a 45 degree angle and KITT jumps back onto the docks just in time
Me: Stay where you are, KITT. I wanna shred these goons.
KITT: Not this again. Let me switch to attack mode first.
After KITT switches to attack mode, Kim and I use KITT's M249s to eliminate all the goons that were surrounding the sinking carrier
Me: Don't even think about harming my friend here, mofos!! (As KITT switches back to normal mode as soon as we have eliminated all the goons
KITT: We gotta get back to the Halo Squad and see how they are doing.
(KITT arrives as soon as Linda finished her sentence and a VVS F-15 crashes into a destroyed hangar)
KITT: I can tell that they also ejected safely, but I need to find their whereabouts.

The Cactuar-Chocobo-Tonberry squadron leaves the VVS HQ and visits me; I just so happen to finish wrecking some VVS stuff and was about to head for the ruins of my Barcelona garage to close the portal

Cactuar: (The Fiend World must have linked itself to this universe and the other one. Also, the Koenigsegg Regera R&D is coming up and it's not going to be fun at all. The car is blocked off by 160 Advanced Tech cards. Anyways, we'll go.)

The trip to the ruins of my original garage
2024 hours; Grand Height Expressway
KITT: I seriously don't recommend using the Grand Height Expressway. Look at all these buildings, some of them have been burning for more than 6 days. Who knows this road can collapse.
Me: Well, maybe you are right. I have no idea why I thought your ability to Turbo Boost over these gaps would counter the collapsing roads.
KITT: Well, I don't think that misusing my Turbo Boost ability is a good idea after all. Just try to find a way off this highway, or any road that goes through buildings, for that matter.
Kimberley: Dude, KITT's right. Even with Turbo Boost, I doubt that we can clear gaps that are more than three city blocks long.
Me: Yeah, yeah. I will find a way down.
KITT: So far the whole coast is clear. That is a good sign for now. The bad news is the VVS are probably doing their rigging of the Regera R&D.
Me: They can rig the Regera R&D for all I care. I am not going though those heinous tests, but rather, I am going to the storage area and seize the car.
Kimberley: You better bring your resources over, in case the VVS chases you down. Try running from fully upgraded Centenarios with a stock Regera, that is absolutely not fun at all.
Me: Fair enough. Anyway, how long more do we reach the fork road that takes us away from the Grand Height Expressway? I mean in terms of minutes, since the fork is 50 miles from my current location, based on the GPS.
KITT: About 15 minutes, seeing how the highway is nearly clear of traffic, not including wrecked cars.
Me: 15 minutes. Then 2 minutes to get down to ground level, and at least one hour before we reach the ruins of my Barcelona garage, and initiate the beginning of my non-motorsport life. Motorsports seem to make me stressed more than giving enjoyment.
KITT: I am not trying to get you back down that path, but I got to point out that there may be a time when motorsport goes back on its original lane.
Me: By that time, my schedule would be so packed up, leaving me no time to resume motorsport. F*** all those disciplies regarding a career that I am going to dump into the coast of Delaware, like the Redbirds' final moments.
Kimberley: Relax, relax. I know how scarred you feel when you found out that the reality of your career when you were trying to fend off those bullies a decade ago, but relax.
KITT: She's right. Just do what you need to do. You also have to stop looking back.
Me: Maybe, but I really cannot relax until I have taken off. I just hope it starts raining as soon as possible.
KITT: Well, you will hope it starts raining before early September, then. The current weather forecast indicates that there will be no rain anytime soon.
Me: Even more so when N801NW will not be able to pick us up until early September, and all other aircraft are not going near AsphaltLand's airspace. That would give my friends the negative perception that I was trash talking all this while.
KITT: I will handle the situation. That way, you can rescue the Mosler MT900 Super GT, Koenigsegg Regera, Infiniti Q60 Project Black-S and Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita from getting destroyed as soon as AsphaltLand is in its final moments, without any flak from your friends. There are too many fiends as well within AsphaltLand, so basically the whole place is getting damaged further. I don't think that the fiends would destroy AsphaltLand for the time being, since the Cactuars, Chocobos and Tonberries have communicated with the UNSC, and are thus trying to make sure your plane can reach AsphaltLand and wait for you.
Kimberley: It's fascinating how some of these monsters are willing to team up with guardians!
KITT: There are some non-hostile fiends as well apart from these three, and they are making sure that the hostile Fiends do not reach AsphaltLand until all civilians have left. That is ample time for TF2014 to rescue the remaining four cars after the isolation of his garage. The rescue of the four cars are also vital to ensure that Vivendi does not get to make any money from these cars, which prevents the syndicate from purchasing upgrades to their existing fleet and equipment.
Me: Looks like I can isolate my garage, rescue the remaining four cars, AND escape from AsphaltLand, if it all goes well. One stone, three birds.
Kimberley: Four birds, if you include the fact that your friends don't mind you going for the last four cars, and if KITT successfully convinces them.
Me: Maybe. Now we better look out for goons that diverted from seizing the Regeras and put KITT within their crosshairs.
Kimberley: Who knows there will be, but I am not surprised if that happens.
Me: I won't be surprised either, especially after the San Diego Harbor track, aka the track where Vincent's income comes from, has been wrecked in every corner.
KITT: I do not see any VVS gang cars either, but you better be on guard.
Me: The minute we discover the portal switch, you work on it, Kim. I will deal with the new weapon that was given by a Cactuar on behalf of the UNSC.
Kimberley: Maybe, but who knows if you can handle the switch better. But yeah, the new weapon is kind of valuable. What is it again?
Me: A Type-53 Plasma Caster, or PBL for easy reference. Due to its livery and the fact that it is an improved version over most PBLs, this weapon is nicknamed the "White Scar". And nope, don't confuse it with my FN SCAR-L, both weapons have nothing in common apart from the white, gray and red paintjob both weapons have. Definitely valuable if I wanna save my nades for situations where throwables are critical.
